How quickly can I start earning $$$$?
As soon as you get your Consultant ID# (usually within minutes after signing up online), you can place your first order!
What Are The Minimum Requirements?
To keep your account active, you must submit $250 worth of orders over a rolling 3 month period.
Your own purchases count at full retail cost even if you are only paying 65%! So, only $162.50 consultant cost every 3 months if you want to join for your own personal ordering. By choosing this option, you do have to navigate the back office, input your own orders and be willing to learn. If you're not ready to learn the nuances of this, I do suggest staying a customer, or being a host, where I can give you the full VIP treatment!
Don't worry, I send reminders when you're getting close to going inactive AND we have team parties that you can lean into and get a few sales so you're never having to come out of pocket to keep your account in good standing.
Pro tip: Lean into our training and sell casually, so you never have to come out of your own pocket for your Norwex freebies!
Do we carry inventory?
NOPE! I love this! You don't have to carry inventory. You are welcome to keep things on hand if you'd like, but you don't have to. Keep it simple!!
Do we pay for our host's rewards?
NOPE! The host rewards are gifted straight from Norwex and do not come out of your commission. And um, have you seen the Norwex HOST REWARD PLAN?!! It is AMAZING and so GENEROUS. My average host gets between $250-$350 in free product from Norwex just for hosting.
Do the hosts pay anything?
ALSO NOPE! Unlike many other direct sales companies, everything our hosts get is at NO COST to them. No half-priced items, no BOGOs, no games, no gimmicks. The only thing they ever pay is an overage if they want to spend more than their shopping spree allowance or shipping if they don't have at least 3 buying guests.

Norwex is crazy generous to consultants, so the majority of what I give away at parties was given to me for free by Norwex for achieving different goals or from host rewards on parties I closed for myself.

What kind of training/support would I receive to start successfully?
There are extensive training materials available and our team has a super simple, easy to follow onboarding system that will help you KICKSTART your new business. Lean into these resources to earn $350, tons of free Norwex PLUS your new consultant kit in your first 30 days.
Initial training only takes about 2 hours before you're ready to host your own party - we like to keep it simple until you're ready to dive deeper!

Our team is incredible, and has excellent resources like supportive FB groups and monthly team meetings & socials via Zoom!
How do I know what to talk about at my parties?
We keep it REALLY simple! Share the Safe Haven 5 products and the mop. They are in your starter kit!! That's it! Your party demos should be no longer than 30-45 minutes and you're sharing 6 products that will completely change their home. And the best part? You don't need to know anything about these products before you join. Norwex and I will teach you!
Can I sell Norwex casually or part-time? Can I earn a full-time income? Do I have to have parties at all?? How do I keep my discount?
How hard you party is up to you!! Norwex is your own business! YOU MAKE YOUR OWN HOURS - So you get to decide what is right for you and your family. Party when you want and pick the days that work for you! You can even get your family involved with your business. My husband does my bookkeeping for me and helps make samples in the evenings after work!
If you'd like to do this full time or even big time, all it takes is saying YES to starting and a willingness to learn.
While we can't guarantee a specific income, most consultants hold between 2 and 4 parties a month and earn between $400-$800 a month. The average party income is around $210 per party.
Do I HAVE To Do Parties?
Nope. Parties are NOT required but are the BEST way to grow your network, educate new people and grow your paycheck!
BUT don't knock it till you try it... you might surprise yourself! 😀 Many people sign up just for the discount, and then after they use the products and see how amazing everything is they end up telling everyone around them. And voilà, you have yourself the start of a successful business. Plus Norwex is SO GENEROUS to consultants, you'll find yourself wanting to earn all of the incentives they offer.
But no, you do not have to do parties. If you try it and you decide it's not right for you, you can still share Norwex outside of a party platform. Share Norwex like you share your favorite pair of jeans... and enjoy the benefits of the discount, the team culture, and the alerts for flash sales!
How do I share Norwex?
People do this business in lots of different ways. Some love the social connection of in-person parties. Others do their business solely online through social selling, online parties and one-on-one demonstrations. Some do both.
How you run your business is up to you! There are resources and training for whatever direction you would like to take your business.
Does Norwex provide me with my own website?
YES! You as a Consultant will always have a website to place orders. If you want a website your customers can go to for ordering you can opt in for Office Suite. The Office Suite subscription is $9.99 a month, but for you it is FREE for the first 6 months!
It includes so much more than just a website - emails, an app, a photo editing website and more! I highly recommend that if you're planning on doing this as a business, you invest in Office Suite! This service is totally optional. However, I think it is $$ well spent if you're planning to sell to others even casually or part time! Without it, you won't have a website link for people to order on their own - you'll have to input everything manually & cannot process credit cards.
Is This Some Type of Pyramid Scheme?
No. We are a direct sales company. You are not required to recruit in Norwex. You will earn income on every sale you make whether you have a team or not. Should you decide to grow a team, that unlocks another income stream for you, but it is not required like some network marketing platforms.
In addition, everyone earns the same commission. Just like any organization, there are leaders who help you and get paid to lead their teams. You have the option of becoming a leader or not.

What if I decide a Norwex business isn't for me?
There are no cancellation fees or requirements beyond the sales requirement if you joined with the standard Party Starter Kit, you will keep all the product and income you have earned even if you decide it’s not the right fit or right time. As long as you are a Norwex Consultant, you continue to enjoy a 35% discount.
Do I need a promotional code?
Nope! All the goodies from any special incentives come automatically in your Starter Kit, which should arrive 5-7 days after you join if you opt for the kit option.
