Candidate information for online examination

Candidates, please have the following items:

A government photo ID (driver's license, military ID, or passport).
Valid US mailing address.
Install Zoom on your Computer. Link: Zoom client download
Fee: $10.00, and retests are available at VE's convenience.
If you're a minor (18 years of age or under), please fill out the COPPA form. Link: COPPA Form
Please Have a working Camera on standby. (mobile, laptop, or desktop camera)
You will be notified 72 hours before the examination start date to Pay exam dues unless you request a waiver.
Exam fees are waived if you are a youth, Student with a current ID, First responder/Civil defense, Active duty military, or veteran.

Additional Candidate Information for Online Examination

A Zoom link will be communicated 24 hours before the exam start date.
Based on our convenience, you can contact me for ON-SPOT registrations; your request may be approved.

New Licensees: If you don't have an FRN issued by the FCC, please register at FCC CORES Registration and follow the prompts to get your FRN ten-digit number.

On Exam Day Guidelines (Online)

Zoom name format: (PIN) (name) (License class) eg: 0000 Spiderman T
Please join us at the mentioned time on Ham study or check on the website(this); the priority of the examination could be based on a first come first serve basis.
Keep your government identification handy; any ID will do for youngsters.
Keep your mobile phone as a backup camera in case your primary camera cannot rotate during the room screening process.

Fee: $10.00, and retests are available at VE's convenience.
Fee waivers are given if you are a youth, Student with a current ID, First responder/Civil defense, Active duty military, or veteran.
