Make a post on social media-share your excitement! Ask “Have you seen the magnetic eyeliner and lashes yet?”
Go live - have your up line join you and she can show the product, demonstrate how to use the lashes and even talk about the business opportunity
Make your dream list of both customers and affiliates! Think of people who you would love to work with. Reach out to influencers, salon, spa and boutique owners. Find your dream clients! Every women needs these in her life!
Do a live unboxing when you get your kit
Look into vendor events. This product is PERFECT for them. It’s a product women just HAVE to have when they see it and they want it NOW!
Wear your lashes every time you go out! Take pictures in them. You can use them for social media content and when people see you in them and they ask about them you can show them. My favorite is “Hey I’d love to see the lashes you’ve been talking about on social media!” And I just grab the lash off my eye 😄
Keep extra sets with you at all times! Ladies just want them and want them now!

You’ve got your lashes, now let’s perfect that application.
Your customers will need your help and will have questions... educate yourself on tips and tricks to help them!
Steps to apply Tori Belle liner and lashes!
1. Apply mascara (dark eyelashes not necessary)
2. Apply first coat of liner to lash line
3. Let dry 30 seconds
4. Apply 2nd coat
5. Let dry 2 minutes (important!)
6. Apply the lashes!
* Hold the lash by the outside thickest part up close to your eye
* Angle the lash up
* Let the inside magnet adhere to the liner
* Lightly tug to ensure your lash is laid right on the lash line as you adhere the other magnets
* Lightly push along the lashes to be sure the magnets are all adhering
Trim the lash if needed. I take one magnet off the THICKEST end.
TIP:
Use a blow dryer or a small fan on the coolest setting to ensure the liner is completely dry and to speed up the drying process 🙌
You can even apply your regular eye liner (“the works” from tori belle is great for this- link to buy: shop.toribellecosmetics.com/YOUR NAME/home) very first before the liquid eyeliner to get a more even looking line 👍

Steps to remove the liner and lashes:
Recommend you get the “Shake it off” remover with your order.
The eyeliner is waterproof and smudge proof and a good oil based makeup remover is very important 👍🏻
Start by grabbing the outside of the lash and slowly pull away from the eye. Place the lash back into the magnetic container every night. If there is any iron oxide particles on the magnets, lightly scrape them with your thumbnail.
DO NOT get your lashes wet.
Taking great care of your lashes will make them last 20+ uses 🙌
Shake the “shake it up” bottle and open the top. Dip a q-tip through the top.
Lightly tap the soaked q-tip on the lash line on both sides as you roll it.
Soak the other end of the q-tip. Giving your first soak 10 seconds to settle.
As you lightly rub and roll the 2nd time the product comes off 🙌
Steps to BOOST your business BEFORE your kit comes! 🔥
You have your own website link, and can sell! Start letting every one you know, know you can!
There are so many videos and pictures available to post in the drop box and team page for you to use. Follow this system and post every other day. Remember the “jab, jab, jab, right hook method” 🙌.
Keep posting about your personal life and other things you’re passionate about. This is why people love you and follow you! Keep giving them the things they already are here for!
Note: be careful to NOT post the brand. They can go to corporate to learn more and then possibly find others in the company. You want to do your best to create interest and a teaser to just NEED to know more. Commenting or direct messaging you 🙌.
This method works so well because it works those algorithms and keeps your post popping to the top of people’s news feeds!
When people comment a question reply with “I’ll dm you now!” Then dm them answering their questions. Keep asking “what other questions do you have” until they don’t have any more questions.
Then, send them your link to order or sign up!

There will be days you don’t get engagement and you think no one is watching but they are! Just keep going!
On average it takes 7 experiences until someone is “sold”. Give them those 7 experiences. You don’t want to give them 3 and then someone else gives them the other 4 and they click someone else’s link when they are ready.....stay consistent and JUST KEEP GOING!

You got your first sale! Let’s talk about how you get paid!!
Once you’ve made your first sale, commission will be paid out to you. You will get an email as soon as your first commission is paid out, that will prompt you to set up your pay account. If you do NOT have commissions to be paid to you, you will not need to set up your pay quicker account.
In the email, you will be routed to Payquicker (http://bit.ly/2mcrXtk) to set up your account toribelle.mypayquicker.com
If your sales are between the 1st-14th, you will be paid on the 20th. If you have sales between the 15th-end of month, your commission will come on the 10th of the following month! All commissions paid on the 5th and 20th with be base commission of 25%.
BONUS DAY is the 10th of the month! Bonus day includes any additional commissions owed to you from the previous month, as well as commissions earned from your team from the previous month sales!
The 5th of the month is also the day we receive product credits! Those credits can be used to purchase products for yourself or hostesses, OR purchase trip points!

Cold market, warm market, and COLLABORATIONS!!
You will hit a point in your business when you have let everyone you know you are doing this business. Aka, your “warm market”! Continued success comes with getting out there and sharing the lash love BEYOND that warm market! 💗
Warm market: Friends and family. Everyone who follows you on social media. Now it’s time to get into your “cold market”.
Cold market: those you don’t know YET. There are millions of people on this planet and we need to introduce ourselves to them! Ask your warm market for those initial introductions into your cold market!
It’s time to COLLABORATE!
WHAT IS A COLLABORATION?
Teaming up with another person and getting on their social media to introduce the lashes.
HOW DO YOU COLLABORATE?
Think of someone who is into beauty and/or fashion, OR ask friends and family for introductions of their friends who may be into lashes! Someone who has the perfect target audience for these lashes... Reach out to them and say “Hey! How would you like to collaborate?”
Ask 10 people!! Don't be afraid of the no, someone will say yes!!
When you get a yes then you decide HOW you will collaborate. Think of how you can serve them. What is it that they offer this world? Do they own a business, can they share a skill, is there something they can give away that is beauty/fashion related.
IDEAS
1. You two can make a post on each other’s wall and announce you are doing a giveaway. Requirement to enter is to follow each other, tag a bestie, and share post.
2. Do a FB live together. Viewers follow and comment to have a chance at your giveaway. Bonus if the share the video. IMPORTANT: Always provide VALUE. It can be teaching the audience something and/or giving something away. We can teach their audience what these lashes are all about and how they work AND give a set away to a lucky winner.
HELP ME POST ON MY SOCIAL MEDIA!! Sometimes thinking of the right words to say is hard, especially if you've never done anything like this before! Here are some ideas to post in your social media.
It can be a good tactic to spark interest in a post WITHOUT giving too much detail. Leaving out the brand name or price CAN be a productive strategy. By leaving pertinent information out, often times this creates an opportunity for potential clients to reach out to you to begin a dialogue. You want people to be curious, ask questions, and get them to comment on your post. When they do, it’s a good idea to acknowledge their response, then return a response with questions? “Hey Jess. So good to hear from you. Yes, they’re the greatest lash system I’ve ever used. Have you heard of magnetic liner lashes? “

FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM PERKS TO NOT POSTING LINKS:
Facebook can put you in Facebook jail if you post a link that takes your audience outside of Facebook too much.
The more customers and followers ask you questions on your social media pages, the more that traffic will boost your page algorithms.
Having conversations on your social media pages increases your relationship with the customers you’re speaking with - and allows others to see your conversations, allowing them to get to know you better as well. Selling doesn’t sell product, relationships sell product.
If someone asks you specifically for the link, continue your conversation publicly on your page, but let them know you’ll send it to them in a private message.
