RULES ON RACE DAY
Observe proper conduct at all times. Respect the Race Director and Officials, event personnel and staff, locals, and other runners and participants.
The race will take place regardless of weather conditions unless otherwise declared by the organizers.
Check in one (1) hour before gunstart. Runners who fail to do so will be disqualified from the race. Medical certificate (for 25k and 70k), racebib, and mandatory gears are strictly required and should be presented upon check-in.
Drop-off bags for 70k should be given one (1) hour before gunstart. Each runner is allowed only one (1) drop-off bag.
Racebibs should be worn at all times.
There should be no trail cutting or shortcuts. Runners are required to stick to the designated and marked routes exclusively. Participants who deviate from the route will be disqualified or will given penalty by the organizers.
Unregistered pacers are strictly prohibited. Runners with pacers who are not registered will be disqualified from the race.
There are designated areas where timing bands/turning point bands will be distributed to track a participant's progression through the race. Runners who have incomplete or missing timing bands at the finish line will result in disqualification.
Runners who do not reach the intermediate cut-off point at the specified time will not be allowed to continue the race for their safety.
Cheating, violating rules, and engaging in misconduct or inappropriate behavior (e.g., trail cutting, manipulating trail signs, disrespecting personnel and fellow runners, etc.) is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification or penalties.
File written complaints within one hour after crossing the finish line regarding cheating, rule violations, or misconduct (e.g., inappropriate behavior, manipulating trail signs, disrespect towards locals or event staff).
In case of discontinuation from the race, notify the nearest event staff/marshal and proceed to the nearest aid/water station. The runner will be marked as "Did Not Finish" (DNF).
AUTHORITY OF THE RACE DIRECTOR
The Race Director is authorized to the following actions:
Stop the race for the safety of the runners and other participants
Change, postpone, or cancel the race schedule for the safety of the runners and other participants
Change the designated posts, aid stations, water stations, checkpoints, and turning points without prior notice for the safety of the runners and other participants
Change the venue, race course, and assigned crew for the safety of the runners and other participants
Disqualify or impose penalty on runners who start late without prior consent
Investigate complaints of cheating and trail cutting through appropriate means (e.g., checking GPX through sports watches or apps such as Strava, Relive, Komoot, etc.)
Disqualify or impose penalty runners caught cheating, violating the rules and regulations, or engaging in misconduct (e.g., inappropriate behavior, manipulating trail signs, disrespect towards locals or event staff)
The Race Director's decision is final and irrevocable.
