How to prevent commenters and viewers from downloading, printing, or copying the file you are going to share?
Steps:
Find the file stored in Google Drive.
Right click and choose Share.
In the upper right corner, click Settings .
Uncheck Viewers and commenters can see the option to download, print, and copy.
When viewers and commenters with limited access to the file want to download, print, or copy the file, they will see those options are disabled.
