The chart above shows the logic that the team took in deciding which of our ideas were the ones that seemed the most feasible to the rest of the semester. Our process of elimination started with identifying if the idea was feasible enough. Then we decided if the idea had a legitimate need that could be addressed. Next we looked at the complexity of the idea, would it be too hard, or too easy for us to complete during the semester? Our final method of considering the three best ideas came down to the personal preference of the team. Usually, the team member who came up with the idea would have the most amount of say as to if they wanted to do the project, and then the team would discuss that idea some more.
From this discussion, our team decided to pick the “arm actuator”, “automatic bottle opener”, and “snow removal bot”.
