As a scientist, you need to be able to communicate your research clearly, and not solely to a hyper-specific audience. I have strived to improve in science communication by attending workshops such as Communicating Science Effectively & Responsibly workshop by the American Geophysical Union (AGU).

OMSI Science Communication Fellowship Program

Selected Fellow of Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) Science Communication Program. OMSI Fellows practice and expand their communication skills while developing hands-on activities, products, and tools that improve sharing of scientific research topics with non-technical audiences. 2023
