Using Zoom to Create Videos for PD

Like many other institutions around the world at the start of the pandemic, our faculty was asked to make the hasty transition to ERT. At that time, I ran several live sessions via Zoom to help teachers get acquainted with the communication platform we would use to conduct classes. However, as only a handful of teachers attended, I wanted to develop a means of providing ongoing support to colleagues without adding to their busy workloads. This presentation will explain the process of creating short PD videos via Zoom, the types of PD videos I made, and my colleagues' reactions to them.
