There are several platforms that work well for digital portfolios, both student and teacher. It is important that you use a platform that works for you. I personally like Google Sites just because I can actually embed and incorporate different tools and platforms within my site. I consider my Wordpress website christinemonge.com to be my official portfolio but I also have a daughter who builds websites and can manage and update it for free. I know how to insert my blog posts and that's about it. If you are not as tech savvy and can't (or don't wish to) write code I suggest using Google Sites. Also, your LMS or school may have a platform that is easy to use and they have purchased for you.
Administrators, please be sensitive to your teachers' needs and abilities. If they have a portfolio they have been using, don't expect them to want to transfer all their work into a new platform. I suggest collecting all links into a Google Form. This will generate a spreadsheet where you can just click on links for all the teachers to assess their progress.
