The primary purpose of the Teacher Digital Diary app is to help educators effortlessly track their daily period logs and administrative workloads. To deliver our main feature—which allows users to generate unlimited, customized PDF and Excel reports of their teaching history completely free of charge—the application must collect and store the details you voluntarily input. This includes: Teacher Name, School Name & Village, Mandal, Designation, Treasury ID, Phone Number, and your daily period text logs. Without collecting this descriptive text, generating your comprehensive activity reports is technically impossible.
We understand the importance of your professional identifiers and log data. We safely and securely store all information using Google Firebase Cloud Services. Your data is fully protected by backend authentication rules and encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. Only you (the verified, authenticated teacher) can access or view your specific profile and diary records.
We do not sell, trade, or share any teacher personal information, phone numbers, professional identity codes, or lesson logs with third parties. Your data is used exclusively to compile your personal performance reports. The application includes a static, informational notice banner for family health awareness ("Insure your family"). This feature is strictly decorative and educational; no user data, registration profiles, or phone numbers are shared with Star Health, Aditya Birla Term, or any external marketing entities. The displayed contact phone number is provided purely for user awareness, allowing teachers to voluntarily reach out for assistance if they explicitly choose to do so.
Your data is maintained safely as long as you use the service. If you wish to stop using the application and completely wipe your profile and all generated text entries from our Firebase database, you can contact us at "mvsvallilimited@gmail.com".
