TeacherAI is an Android app published by Inspirational Klicks. It helps educators generate, save, and export teaching materials. This policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, kept, and deleted when you use TeacherAI.
Account and security information: your name, email address, password hash, email verification status, authentication sessions, verification or password reset information, and the device name supplied during sign-in. We do not store your password in plain text.
Teaching material: prompts and details you enter, such as a subject, topic, grade level, and instructions; PDFs you upload and text extracted from them; generated quizzes, examinations, lesson plans, classroom activities, rubrics, syllabi, and summaries; and documents you save or export.
Credits and subscriptions: your plan, credit balance and transaction history, and information needed to check a Google Play subscription, such as its purchase token and subscription status. Google Play processes payments; TeacherAI does not receive your full payment card number.
Technical information: our hosting service may create server logs containing an IP address, request time, and error or security details needed to operate and protect the service.
We use this information to create and secure accounts; send verification and password reset emails; provide AI generation, PDF processing, document storage, and exports; show your available credits; verify subscription access; respond to support and privacy requests; detect misuse; and maintain the reliability and security of TeacherAI.
When you request an AI feature, the text you submit and any relevant text extracted from an uploaded PDF may be sent to an AI processing provider to generate the requested output. Avoid including students’ personal information or other sensitive information unless you have the authority to share it for this purpose. Generated output should be reviewed before use.
We share information only as needed to run TeacherAI: with our hosting provider for application and database storage; an email delivery provider for account messages; an AI processing provider for requested generation; and Google Play for subscription purchase and verification. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service, users, or others. We do not sell your personal information.
We use safeguards such as password hashing, expiring authentication and verification credentials, and access controls. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not share your password or verification code with anyone.
We keep account information and saved material while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete individual saved documents through the app where that feature is available. To request deletion of your account and associated information, see the TeacherAI account deletion section or email rcsworkroom@gmail.com from your registered email address. We may verify that you own the account before acting on a request.
When an account deletion request is completed, we delete the account and associated data under our control, including sign-in credentials, verification and reset records, saved documents, uploaded PDFs and extracted content, AI requests and saved outputs, credit history, and subscription records, except information we must retain for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or payment disputes. Any retained information is limited to those purposes and removed when no longer needed.
You may request deletion of your TeacherAI account and its associated data even if you no longer have the app installed.
Send an email to rcsworkroom@gmail.com using the email address registered to your TeacherAI account.
Use the subject “TeacherAI account deletion request.” If you cannot email from your registered address, tell us the registered address and we will provide an account ownership check.
We will verify the request, delete the account and associated data, and confirm completion by email. You do not need to provide your password or verification code to us.
You can update profile details available in the app, delete saved documents where supported, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Your rights may vary depending on where you live. To ask a question or make a request, email rcsworkroom@gmail.com.

Deleting a TeacherAI account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play. If you have one, cancel it separately in Google Play subscriptions to prevent future charges.
TeacherAI is intended for educators and is not designed for children to create accounts. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.
We may update this policy as TeacherAI changes. We will post the revised policy here and change the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we will provide additional notice when required.
