Teacher Time Keeper is a schedule and countdown timer app for teachers. It does not collect, store, or have access to any student, class, or roster information — the app only manages generic schedule blocks (names, times, and colors) that you create yourself.
Information You Provide
The app stores the schedule information you enter, including:
Schedule names and time blocks you create
Your rotation pattern configuration (e.g., alternating days, day-of-week assignments)
Your school calendar settings (school year dates, school days, holidays, date overrides)
Notification preferences you configure
A bell-time adjustment value, if you set one
None of this data identifies students or classes — it consists solely of generic labels, times, and dates that you define.
Your data is stored locally on your device.
If you're signed in to iCloud, your data also syncs via Apple's CloudKit private database, associated with your personal Apple ID. This sync happens directly between your devices through Apple's infrastructure — the developer does not operate any server and cannot access, view, or receive your data at any point.
Data shared with an Apple Watch or with the app's widget is transferred only between your own devices (via Apple's WatchConnectivity framework and App Group local storage) and is never transmitted elsewhere.
The app can schedule local notifications (e.g., reminders before a block starts or ends). These are generated and delivered entirely on your device using Apple's notification system. No notification content is sent to any external server.
The app lets you export your schedule setup to a file (for example, to share your configuration with a colleague). This export is created and sent only when you choose to do so, using your device's native share sheet — the developer does not receive a copy.
The app does not collect or use:
Student, class, or roster information
Advertising identifiers
Analytics or usage tracking data
Location data
Any information via third-party SDKs (the app does not include any)
Because the app collects no personal information from any user — and contains no student, roster, or class data of any kind — it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can delete your data at any time by removing the relevant schedules, blocks, or settings within the app, or by deleting the app itself. Data synced via iCloud is stored under your own Apple ID and is managed through your device's iCloud settings.
This policy may be updated as the app's features change. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
Questions about this privacy policy can be directed through the contact/support link listed on this app's App Store page.
