The goals of the TEACH project are:
Improve the professional skills of teachers through innovative training activities.
Achieve the active participation of schools with difficulties in accessing internationalisation opportunities.
Establish synergies with local educational authorities to extend the achievements.
Create a transnational network of teacher training centres.
The TEACH project is structured around five work meetings, one in each partner country, in which we will design innovative training activities. Each meeting will be followed by a period of training and piloting in schools. Collaborating teachers will record their classroom experiences in a parallel eTwinning project and share them at the final meeting in Almería, which will lead us to the final design of a training itinerary.
This training itinerary will be the main project result; with this final output we hope to respond to the training needs of teachers in the post-COVID-19 era, by developing activities that adapt to all levels of methodological and digital competence, with the ultimate perspective of starting the path of internationalisation especially in disadvantaged, difficult-to-perform schools and, to some extent, also in our own education systems.
