• Order Sheets: We provide you with order sheets featuring our hand-poured, 7 oz candles in seasonal scents.

• Sales Period: You organize the sales over 2-3 weeks, collecting orders and payments from your supporters.

• Discounted Pricing: Once you’ve collected the funds, you submit your order sheet to Vintage Candle Treasures. We offer a special discounted price for the candles in frosted vessels.

• Profit for Your Cause: You keep the difference between the retail price and the discounted purchase price, creating a simple and effective fundraising opportunity.

• Lead Time: Please allow 6-8 weeks for production of your candles.

Turn your event into an interactive and fun experience with our Candle Pouring Fundraiser. Here’s how to make it a success:

• Fundraising Day: Choose a day between Tuesday and Thursday that works for your organization. Host your fundraising event in our Candle Bar & Gallery.

• Marketing Materials: We provide customized marketing materials to promote the event.

• Donation: We donate 20% of the proceeds from that day to your organization. The more people who attend, the more funds you raise!

• Group Requirement: To qualify for the donation, your group must have at least 10 people attending. The more attendees, the more donations you’ll receive.

• 501(c)(3) Designation: This option is available for registered 501(c)(3) organizations.
