To assist with your planning, a number of rooms at the venue hotel, Ibis Styles Heraklion Central, as well as at several nearby city hotels within walking distance, have been blocked by CCBS GREECE, our official accommodation supplier.

Hotel rooms are available in various room types and price categories at special conference rates. We encourage you to book early to secure your room and take advantage of the negotiated prices.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

All changes or cancellations must be submitted by email to: tdesandntsincrete@ccbsgreece.gr

• Until July 15th, 2026: Full refund minus a 25€ administrative fee.

• From July 16th until July 31st, 2026: Refund minus 1 night of accommodation.

• From August 1st until August 11th, 2026: Refund minus 2 nights of accommodation.

• From August 12th, 2026 onward: No refund.

Please note that all bank charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
