News and Events
On Sunday morning @ 11:00hrs Local (10:00hrs UTC) G8VPG runs a "local net" for Bath/Bristol amateurs on 145.450MHz, this is streamed via GB3UT.
On Thursday evenings @ 20:00hrs Local (l9:00hrs UTC) a ad-hoc Repeater Group Activity Night is being instigated on the repeater.

Internet permitting GB3UT hopes to be streaming 24hrs each day, so local users can use it as a look through facility.
For amateurs local to GB3UT, the repeater has a amateur related Teletext Service of >400 pages. It is accessed by use of an analogue TV with composite input and Teletext provision.
GB3UT is maintained by Robin G8DRK the Repeater Keeper, supported by Richard G8BYI.

Please note this stream is provided from G8ByI's QTH, via his ATV received signal from GB3UT 11Km away, so may suffer from radar and other QRM at times
How to receive GB3UT
Receive using old analogue type satellite receiver feeding a TV with composite video input,or a Comtech 23cm receiver module (M1MFG units) available from www.13cm.co.uk
Receive site does need to be line of site to get a reasonable picture and teletext.
A home made l0dBm double quad antenna is fine for both Rx and Tx usage.
GB3UT can be viewed directly at BATC.tv web site using :-

If you transmit a picture through UT then you can use the BATC stream as a look through facility.
