抽獎規則及領獎方式(Raffle Rules & How to Claim Prizes  )：

1.抽獎活動限本校教職員生參加

2. 請於活動現場填寫紙本推薦表單，每推薦３本，即可取得１次抽獎機會！以此類推......

3.中獎名單將於9/22(一)10:00起公布於本活動網頁，圖書館不再另行通知， 請參加者自行查詢。

4.領獎者請於9/22(一)-9/26(五) 每日8:00-12:00 /13:30-17:30 攜帶證件至＜中央校區圖書館櫃台＞ 領取。無法於上述時間到館領取者，可請人代領。代領者請攜帶中獎人及代領人之證件。逾期未領視為放棄。有任何問題，請於9/25(含)前洽詢中央校區圖書館技術服務組。

5.主辦單位保有修改或變更活動方式及更換活動獎品之權利。

<重要說明>

1.本次活動募得之獎品，均為新品；為做禮品確認及活動宣傳之用，故已先行拆封，且已過七日鑑賞期，中獎人不得以此為由，要求圖書館退換或處理，亦不得要求更換獎品.現金或折讓。參加，即視為已同意本項說明。

2. 書展推薦單量大且為紙本推薦, 處理時間較長;  若您有急用書推薦之需求, 請由圖書館館藏目錄進行推薦, 或另洽館員#11430,感恩~

1. The raffle is open to current faculty, staff, and students only.
   
   

2. Fill out a paper recommendation form on-site. Every 3 books recommended earns 1 raffle entry.
   
   

3. Winners will be announced on the event webpage starting 10:00 on Sept. 22 (Mon). No further notifications will be sent.
   
   

4. Prizes can be claimed at the Central Campus Library counter from Sept. 22 (Mon) to Sept. 26 (Fri), 8:00–12:00 / 13:30–17:30. Bring valid ID. If claiming on behalf of someone else, bring both the winner’s and your IDs. Unclaimed prizes after the deadline will be forfeited. For questions, contact the Technical Services Section by Sept. 25.
   
   

5. The organizer reserves the right to modify the event or replace prizes.
   
   

Important Notice: All prizes are new. For verification and promotional purposes, items may have been opened and are past the 7-day inspection period. Winners cannot request exchanges, refunds, or cash/credit alternatives. Participation constitutes agreement to these terms.
