Quite honestly, the love of learning was not something that came naturally to me at a young age. However, through tutoring guidance and hard work, I was able to leave school on a path to Durham University. The love of learning is something I wish to pass on and teach others to help them achieve their potentials and beyond.
Working with children aged 5-16 in a variety of subjects including core subjects such as Maths and English.
My Mission
I wish to promote a love for long-term learning and help tutees understand the application of their knowledge in the real world.
TC's tutoring offers out of school hours 1:1 sessions specifically tailored to the needs and development of each individual tutee. Whether that be in key stage 1 mathematics or help with writing a University application, these interactive and practical sessions allow a more hands on approach to learning.
1:1 tutoring allows a more personal experience with regular feedback and modelling to achieve the highest possible outcome. Building a strong rapport with each tutee is a key factor in helping develop this outcome through understanding how each person learns best and what drives them to succeed.
