Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Travel Camera mobile application (“Application”) operated by Vijay Bavadiya (“Service Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.
License and Use
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
Modify, copy, or distribute the Application or any part of it;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
Use the Application in a way that may damage, disable, or impair its functionality or interfere with others’ use.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Vijay Bavadiya.
You are not granted any rights or licenses except for the limited use of the Application as described in these Terms.
User Content
The Application may allow you to take, upload, or share photos and other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content, but by using the Application, you grant the Service Provider a limited license to use, store, or display that content as necessary to operate and improve the Application.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share, and you agree not to upload or share anything:
That violates any applicable laws;
That infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others;
That contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material.
Third-Party Services
The Application may include links or access to third-party services such as advertising, analytics, or crash reporting tools (e.g., AdMob, Firebase, Facebook).
You acknowledge that these third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties.
Termination
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service Provider, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. All provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination shall remain in effect (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability).
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that:
The Application will always function without errors or interruptions;
The results obtained from using the Application will be accurate or reliable;
Any defects will be corrected.
Your use of the Application is entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vijay Bavadiya and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
Your use or inability to use the Application;
Any unauthorized access or alteration of your data;
Any conduct or content of third parties.
This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vijay Bavadiya from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your use or misuse of the Application, your violation of these Terms, or any violation of the rights of others.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
