Please use the checklist below to make sure you're all set up to Scout with us!

• Complete the Pack Four Registration Form (online)
• Submit Youth Member Application (at Join Night or Open House)
• Submit Adult Member Application
• Submit $75 Initial Membership Dues ($50 for Returning Scouts) by September 18
  • $50 will be due in December
• Visit the Scout Shop for a Uniform
  • Uniform Shirt (required; Lions should purchase T-Shirt)
  • Red "4" Patch
  • Hat, Belt, Bottoms, Accessories (optional)
  • Scarves & Slides and Books are provided by the Pack
• Complete the Family Talent Survey (online)
• Download and Complete BSA Medical Forms
• Complete Youth Protection Training and Submit Certificate of Completion
• Consider Volunteering for an Adult Leadership Position
