English Teaching Volunteer Service Program for Overseas Youth
The Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) has launched the “English Teaching Volunteer Service Program for Overseas Youth 2025” details!
This program invites overseas youth aged 17 to 25 to join English teaching activities in Taiwan, providing learning opportunities for students in rural areas or communities with limited educational resources. At the same time, participants get to explore Taiwan and immerse themselves in its vibrant culture.

TCML-MN Introduction
明州臺灣華語中心的簡介
Twin Cities Chinese Language School 明州雙城中文學校, founded in 1976, teaches Chinese language and culture to students in the Twin Cities area. Located at Hubbs Center in St. Paul, the school offers a continuously enhanced and expanded curriculum. We strive to provide excellent Chinese language education, enabling our students to achieve proficiency and learn the essence of Chinese culture and arts. Our curriculum and activities are also designed to cultivate strong moral character in all students, so they can become good world citizens.
Our Minnesota Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML-MN) 明州臺灣華語文中心 started in January 2023. The TCML-MN is equipped with abundant software and hardware, well-qualified teaching staff, and excellent instructional content to promote Mandarin learning and Taiwanese culture to the mainstream community. Building on 48 years of the school’s Mandarin education experience, the TCML in TCCLS has become the leading hub in Minnesota for promoting Mandarin learning with Taiwanese characteristics.
