English Teaching Volunteer Service Program for Overseas Youth

The Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) has launched the details of the “English Teaching Volunteer Service Program for Overseas Youth 2025”!

This program invites overseas youth aged 17 to 25 to join English teaching activities in Taiwan, providing learning opportunities for students in rural areas or communities with limited educational resources. At the same time, participants get to explore Taiwan and immerse themselves in its vibrant culture.

明州雙城中文學校TCML演講大會推廣臺灣特色華語文教學|北美洲 | 僑務電子報明州雙城中文學校(明州臺灣華語文中心)於4月6日舉行該校第一屆演講大會。26位學員在該中心主任方沛文和三位老師的指導下，上臺展現跨文化的知識與溝通能力，見證華語文中心在明州的教學成果。

臺灣華語文學習中心閃耀明州讓世界看見臺灣文化之美|北美洲 | 僑務電子報明州臺灣華語文中心在中心主任方沛文的帶領下，於2月3日參與明州臺灣同鄉會舉辦的龍年新春聯歡會，慶祝農曆新年。芝加哥文教中心副主任陳怡珍專程遠道從芝加哥前來參加明尼蘇達州鄉親的年度盛會，也為學生帶來應景的新春賀聯和福袋，並轉達駐芝加哥辦事處處長類延峰、外交部和僑委會對海外僑民的新年祝賀。
