OBJECTIVE/S: 

I.    Implementation of Welfare and Development Programs and Services to PDL.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR:

Percentage of PDL benefitted

MINIMUM TARGET:

40% of qualified PDL benefitted from Livelihood Programs

90% of PDL benefitted from Cultural and Sports Programs and Services

85% of qualified PDL benefitted in Education Programs and Services

85% of PDL benefitted in the TCMP programs

OBJECTIVE/S: 

II.    Implementation of Health Care Programs and Services to PDL

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR:

Percentage of PDL benefitted

MINIMUM TARGET:

Achieve a cumulative 85% health care service access rate among PDL benefitted from health care programs and services with the following sub-targets:

40% of PDL benefitted from medical services

20% of PDL benefitted from dental services

25% of PDL benefitted from mental health services.

III.    Implementation of Spiritual Programs and Services to PDL

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR:

Percentage of PDL benefitted

MINIMUM TARGET:

85% of PDL benefitted from Spiritual programs and services

WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

Provision of welfare and development programs and services for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) in accordance with applicable laws and standards.
