1. Introduction
Welcome to our mobile application and any related products or services (collectively, the "Service"). By subscribing to, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (these "Terms"). These Terms are a legal contract between you, a user of at least 16 years of age ("you" or "User"), and us regarding your use of the Service.

Trading card images, names, and related intellectual property displayed in the Service belong to their respective owners (The Pokemon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Ravensburger, Bandai, etc.). We display card information under fair use for identification and pricing purposes.
7. Restrictions
You will not:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service
Interfere with any other person's use of the Service
Remove, circumvent, or disable any security features
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Use any automated means to access the Service without our permission
Send unsolicited communications to other users
8. Your Content
You shall not use the Service to create, upload, or share any content that breaches any law, contains obscenity or violence, or infringes others' rights.
By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service's operation and marketing.
We reserve the right to remove content that infringes others' rights, and to suspend or terminate access of users who violate intellectual property laws.
9. User Account
You agree that information you provide upon registration will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
10. Subscription and Payments
The Service offers both free and premium subscription tiers
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device account settings
Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policy

Card prices displayed in the Service are estimates obtained from third-party public sources. These prices are provided for informational purposes only and:
May not reflect actual current market values
Should not be considered financial or investment advice
May differ from actual sale prices
Are subject to market fluctuations
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information.
12. Card Grading Disclaimer
AI-generated card condition assessments and grading estimates are approximations only. They are not equivalent to professional grading services (such as PSA, CGC, or BGS) and should not be relied upon for buying, selling, or insurance purposes.
13. Third-Party Sites
The Service may include links to other websites or services. We do not endorse any linked sites or the information, products, or services they contain.
14. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or any applicable laws. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall cease, and you must immediately cease use of the Service and delete the application from your devices.
15. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from reliance on pricing or grading information.
We supply the Service for domestic and private use only. You agree not to use the Service for any commercial or business purposes. The Service does not constitute any form of advice or recommendation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. This does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
17. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision is found unlawful, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Assignment: These Terms may not be transferred by you but may be assigned by us.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
18. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the Application from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge: These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
