Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the TCG Card Scanner for Collector mobile application (“the Service”) operated by Vân Anh (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.
These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
If the Service requires you to create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. Failure to do so may result in the immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities performed under your account, whether authorized or not.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
You may not use the name or identity of another individual or entity without authorization. Offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate usernames are not permitted.
Users must be 18 years or older to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be fraudulent, misleading, impersonated, or created for purposes unrelated to the legitimate use of the Service.
The Service allows you to upload, store, and manage trading card information, including scanned card images and collection data (“User Content”).
You retain full ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content you submit.
You affirm that you have the right to upload such content and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.
You agree not to use the Service:
In violation of any applicable law or regulation
To transmit spam, unauthorized promotions, or malicious content
To impersonate another person or entity
To scrape, harvest, or perform automated queries of any kind
To interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks
To attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, or portion of the Service
To manipulate pricing data or card information in a misleading way
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
Our Service provides pricing information sourced from third-party providers such as online marketplaces and card value aggregators.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.
All pricing information is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice or the sole basis for making buying or selling decisions.
You acknowledge that card values fluctuate and that the Service is not responsible for financial loss resulting from inaccurate or outdated data.
All original features, design elements, functionalities, and content within the Service remain the exclusive property of Vân Anh.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Trading card brands such as Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and others remain the property of their respective rights holders. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with these companies.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription (“Pro”).
By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Payments are processed through your Apple ID account
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
You may manage or cancel your subscription through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
We do not issue refunds for partially used billing periods.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of pricing data, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
In no event shall Vân Anh, its partners, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of data
Damages arising from inaccurate market prices
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Inability to access or use the Service
Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that continued access poses risk or misuse.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may delete your account through the app’s settings at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
