Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 23, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of  XLCOB.io (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the website, Discord-connected services, and related applications. By using  XLCOB.io, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use XLCOB.io

• You must have a valid Discord account to log in and access the platform.

2. Account Registration & Access

• Accounts are created exclusively via Discord OAuth.

• You are responsible for keeping your Discord account credentials secure.

• You agree to provide accurate information and update it as necessary.

• You may not share your account with others.

3. User Conduct

When using  XLCOB.io, you agree to:

• Respect other users and guild members

• Submit accurate and honest rank-up requests

• Not abuse the system to unfairly gain ranks, prestige, or privileges

• Follow all applicable laws and Discord community guidelines

Prohibited Activities Include:

• Harassment or bullying of members or officers

• Uploading inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

• Attempting to hack, modify, or exploit the app

4. Rank & Prestige System

• KKUP.io tracks guild ranks, prestige levels, MVP submissions, and leaderboard points.

• Rank-up requests and prestige actions require officer approval.

• KKUP.io does not guarantee automatic rank changes in the Dota guild; officer review is required.

• Pop’d Kernel ranks are protected from de-ranking and have special privileges as described in the master doc.

5. Membership Requests

• Users may request to join XLCOB via the app.

• Officers review and approve/deny membership requests.

• Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

6. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit (screenshots, messages, etc.), but you grant KKUP.io a non-exclusive license to display it for rank verification and leaderboard purposes.

• You agree not to submit content that violates the rights of others or applicable laws.

7. Privacy & Data Use

• Use of KKUP.io is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• You consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• KKUP.io is provided “as is” and “as available”.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of leaderboard data, or automatic rank changes in Dota.

• We are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from gameplay, rank submissions, or interactions with other users.

• Officers have final discretion in approving/denying rank-up requests.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or engaging in abusive behavior.

• You may also delete your account at any time by contacting thecornfieldbiz@gmail.com.

10. Modifications

• We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” reflects the latest version.

• Continued use of KKUP.io after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
