We're pleased to announce that Outfit7 News Online will receive big changes this year.
We're in the process of moving Outfit7 News Online to the Wix website service. This means that the new Outfit7 News Online will be built using the Wix Website Editor.
We're moving this site to Wix because of the limited flexibility and feature set of Google Sites, the service in which Outift7 News Online is currently being edited on. The new Outfit7 News Online will have a refreshed look to match the visual identity of Outfit7 News on TV, along with other changes.
As for when you can see the new Wix-based Outfit7 News Online, we'll start rolling out the 'beta' site by mid-to-late 2020 for all audiences (originally by mid to late May 2020). The existing Google Sites-based website will still remain online but will show a banner at the top of the site for people to try out the new site. 'Beta' means that a service is not completely finished but is functional and can do everything it's designed to do. The finished site may be rolling out by the end of this year (originally by late May to June).
We may launch a support service for people to give their feedback on the new site. We hope that you can give us valuable feedback for us to improve Outfit7 News Online.
