Amanda Purvis is a globally recognized thought leader in developmental trauma, childhood adversity, and the power of healing systems. With more than two decades of experience in child welfare, she brings a unique ability to translate the science of Trust-Based Relational Intervention® into practical, transformative change, from family homes to national systems.
Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Metropolitan State University and a master’s in criminal justice and criminology from Texas Christian University. As Vice President of Global Impact at All God’s Children International, she works to equip communities around the world with the tools and relationships needed to bring hope and healing to vulnerable children.
A dynamic speaker, strategist, and collaborator, Amanda brings both expertise and heart to her work. She is passionate about building healing systems that honor human dignity, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change. Amanda is also the proud mom of five children and the owner of Athena, a lovable Bernese mountain dog who keeps her on her toes.
