The organization is organized and operated for the charitable and educational purposes of The East High School Orchestra Program, including but not limited to: -Provide planning, technical, business, and financial assistance to the Orchestra Program at the East Anchorage High School, thereby contributing to lessening of the burdens of the government in the Orchestral program. -Lend all possible support, both moral and financial, to the orchestral music program at East Anchorage High School, assisting in providing funds to support the instruction and training of all string students who are developing their capabilities and benefiting the broader public community. -Arouse and maintain an enthusiastic interest in the phases of the Orchestral Program at East Anchorage High School.
