Breaking down Data Silos to Deliver on your Customer First Strategy
Thursday, October 6th, 11AM CET
Digital disruption is creating great upheaval in the financial services and it is organizations that can learn from this upheaval who will be the future leaders. One of the key areas of disruption is in customer experience as we see the growth of the FinTech sector providing new services, products and interfaces to take customer from more traditional process. Yet despite this evolution and the knowledge of the value held in data, many organizations continue to fragment into a silo culture which restricts the lessons that can be learnt and the relationships that can be built.
For financial institutions to remain competitive they must create a data ecosystem around their customers to break down the silos that create blockages and rethink how they harness customer data to improve user experience and product offerings. This is of course no easy task, and CDO’s, data managers & leaders in customer experience must overcome a plethora of challenges from data quality to company culture to succeed. Despite this, customers already have new expectations and organizations must deliver, so the only questions that remains is ‘are you ready?’
Key talking points:
· How to serve your customer?
· Collecting the data to underpin your customer’s journey
· Gaining insight into your different customer demographics and how to interact with them
· How to connect data silos to recognize customer patterns across the organization
· Ensuring the cultural shift in your organization to support customer experience
