There are two options of publishing the music.

1. As Soon As Possible (ASAP) - When selected, your reease can go live ASAP. It may take a day or two, sometimes 3 to 5 days too or sometimes just an hour or two! It depends on how busy is the service.

2. Select Your Own Date - When selected, you can set your own date for release but the condition is that THE DATE YOU SELECT MUST BE AFTER 14 DAYS OF THAT WHEN YOU ARE SUBMITTING YOUR RELEASE.

Your release will go live on all major platforms and some minor platforms like Spotify, Amaon Music, Apple Music, Jio Saavn, YouTube Music, Deezer, Tidal, Anghami, etc.

If you are the creator, your role will be Primary Artist and rest will be according to your contributions. Example: Singer, Composer, Producer, Lyricist etc. Note that only 3 Primary artists can be added. Rest will be Featured Artists.

Tarkik Bhawsar will be listed as Primary Artist and Co-Producer or Producer (as per situation).

There are two options...

No, AI generated tracks are not acceptable. You must submit your self-created music. If doubted, you will be asked for a proof of your DAW or some other proof which proves that you are the creator.

• High-quality image and text. For example: make it clear enough to be shown on a TV screen

• Own the rights to the image you use as artwork. And if you don’t, be on the safe side and ask the person that owns the image if it’s OK for you to use it. Keep their approval in writing

• Use the same text on the artwork that is on the release

• No Blurry or pixelated images: The image and text on the artwork can’t be blurry or pixelated. If you make an image bigger to fit our size requirements (that are between 1400x1400 pixels and 6000x6000 pixels) there is a big chance that it might take a toll on the quality. Which in conclusion is a really bad idea. (Recommended: 3000x3000 px)

Another common mistake is that people use logos not owned by them or do advertisement on the artwork. Down below you will find the rules when it comes to Image, logos, and advertising in artwork:

• Social media handles or other contact information are not allowed on the artwork

• You can’t Copyrighted images without permission

• You can’t put famous logos or brand names

• You can’t put TAD Watermark or "Made with Album Art” on the artwork

• You can’t put Barcodes or images of existing physical products like LPs or CDs

• Don’t use the Parental Advisory/Explicit Content logo on the cover unless one of the tracks is marked as explicit

• The "Restricted logo" is solely used for R rated movies, not music

The only text allowed on the cover art is the text that is included in the release information. Below you will find a list of kind of text is allowed to put on the cover art:

• The name of the main artist

• The release title

• The label name

• The featuring artist(s) (as long as it is clear who is the primary artist and who is the featuring artist)

  • For example, the featured artist(s) name can’t be bigger than the main artist

• You can have artwork with only the featured artist's name only if it states that it's a featured artist as well

• The producer’s name (only if the person is added as a contributor, correctly spelled)

• If the cover art is made by a professional and you want to credit them, you can mention the creator of the artwork (for example "designed by ...")

NOTE: The spelling on the artwork and the spelling in the release information must be exactly the same

What the artwork can NOT include:

• No websites or social media handles

• No references to physical packaging like a CD logo, nor to a digital product

• No brands or advertising

• No images from other copyright holders are allowed without written permission

• No images of another person's likeness when unrelated to the people involved in the album

• No year or dates

• No store names or special offers

• No barcodes or QR codes

• No tilted or cropped images

These are some of the common guidelines for Artwork.

Yes! You can change following things:

• Artwork

• Artist Name

• Artist Role

• Song/Track Name

You can't change:

• Audio File

• Release Date

To change these both, you need to take down the release and re-upload it.
