Public Organization “Tazar” (hereinafter - Organization), is a logistics platform aimed at improving the waste management system in Kyrgyzstan. The first phase 2019-2020 covers Bishkek and suburbs. Through the platform, Bishkek residents can find the nearest point where they can bring recyclables on the map through an application or website. Private households and other organizations donate raw materials and receive monetary compensation for this. Tazar supports waste disposal entrepreneurs by helping to organize the collection and recycling process.

General provisions

This Policy is developed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of personal data and its protection.

In the Policy, we disclose ways to obtain consent, a list of personal data collected, the purpose of their collection and processing, the rights and obligations of the Organization and our clients, as well as a list of measures taken by us to ensure the security of your personal data.

The Policy is available for review in the mobile application "Tazar".

Your personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic are recognized as confidential information.

By engaging with the Organization, including accessing the services of the Organization, you agree to this Policy.

Obtaining consent to the collection, processing and transmission of personal data

We collect, process and transfer to third parties your personal data and information about you solely with your consent.

The specified consent may also be provided by the client in the form of a separate written document or electronic document signed by a simple electronic signature, including: through the website, mobile application or other web resources of the Organization.

List of data collected

This Policy applies to all personal data and other information provided by you when filling out on the website, on web resources and in the Organization’s mobile applications, obtained through widgets and other interactive tools used that have a link to this Policy when you decide to participate in our offers and programs, purchase our products (devices and other) or otherwise interact with us, as well as those received by the Organization in the process of providing services, including offers and programs in partnership with Other Organizations.

We collect and use the following data:

  1. Identification data: These data include: name, address, telephone number, email address, and other information that you agree to provide.
  2. Information obtained when visiting a mobile application: The organization uses the user data in order to provide the opportunity to use the services of the Organization.
  3. Mobile device and technical usage of data: The organization collects subscriber’s device data, such as operating system, battery charge level and received signal level, device identifiers and settings, and the name of installed software.
  4. Location Information: The Organization has information about the location of the subscriber. If the subscriber agrees, the Organization will collect information about the subscriber's location based on network identifiers (collectively, “Location Information”). If desired, the subscriber can disable the GPS function on his mobile device.
  5. Aggregated and anonymized data: The organization has the right to use any type of data listed above to create aggregated and anonymized analytical information and reports (for example, when personal information is used to calculate the percentage of our users in a particular region).
  6. Other customer data are available to the Organization that you agreed to provide.

Purpose of the collection, processing and transmission of personal data

The organization collects, processes, uses and transfers personal data and information about you in order to:

· fulfilling the terms of the service agreement and other agreements concluded between the Organization and the client / user;

· providing services to partners of the Organization and representatives of the Organization, including services provided by third parties to the Organization;

· improving the quality of services provided and services, including so that we can respond to your requests, process your applications;

· user participation in contests and advertising campaigns, including social media campaigns;

· for the purpose of identifying and forecasting your needs, preferences and interests and providing you with personalized offers, discounts, promotions for goods and services, advertising, informational messages, marketing services both from our Organization and from our partners, via a mobile application, via SMS - messages, e-mail, by phone, by mail, by distribution on the network and in other ways that we define ourselves;

· developing and offering new products and services, informing users about changes in the conditions of the services provided and the order of maintenance;

· customer protection and the Organization against fraud associated with the use of the services of the Organization;

· for our internal purposes, including data analysis, auditing, determining the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;

· the exercise by the Organization and third parties of the rights and obligations established by applicable law.

Your rights

  • Change of data. Change of your personal data is made on your written application with the provision of documents confirming the change of your data.
  • Withdraw your consent. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by writing to the Organization in writing. However, it is necessary to take into account that we need your personal data for the provision of basic services by us. Withdrawal of your consent, in this case, entails the termination of the provision of any types of services by the Organization and its partners.
  • Data Rights. You have the right to receive information about the data that we have in relation to you, to receive a copy of the data that we have in relation to you. You can exercise your rights by contacting us in writing.
  • Complaints. If you wish to file a complaint about the procedure for processing your data, please contact us and we will try to respond to your request as soon as possible.

Period of storage of personal data

We store your personal data for the time required by the Organization to achieve its collection and processing purposes, as well as the consent is given, taking into account the retention periods according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Measures of the Organization for the protection of personal data

Access to your personal data is provided only to those employees of the Organization who need these data to perform their functional duties.

All our employees sign a commitment to non-disclosure of confidential information, as well as warned about liability arising in case of violation of the requirements for the protection of personal data of the user.

Your personal data is stored in our electronic databases that comply with information security standards.

Enrichment and profiling of personal data

Enrichment and profiling of personal data are carried out solely for the purpose of collecting and processing it, as specified in this Policy and allow us to develop interesting and profitable offers for you.

Cookies and other technologies

Cookies: The organization and third party service providers may use cookies. Cookies allow the web server to transfer data to a computer for storage and other purposes. Pixel tags and other technologies: Transparent GIF files are small images with a unique name, which function in many ways resemble cookies. However, unlike cookies, which are stored on the hard disk of your computer, transparent GIF files are hidden tools and are embedded in the pages of websites. IP addresses

Methods for determining the IP address: The "IP address" of your computer is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by an Internet Service Provider (ISP).

The IP address can be automatically determined and recorded in the server log when a user visits the Site; in addition, the time of the visit and the pages visited are recorded. Defining an IP address is a standard practice that is automatically carried out on many websites.

Rules for the use and disclosure of IP addresses: We can use IP addresses to determine statistics on the use of the Site, diagnose problems on the server, detect fraud, administer the Site and other purposes. We may also use IP addresses and communicate them to third parties for any purposes for which personal information is used and disseminated.

Simple Electronic Signature Agreement

In relations between the Organization and you, including, in connection with your consent to provide, process, use, transfer to third parties, cross-border transmission of data and information about you, electronic documents can be used, certified by a simple electronic signature.

A simple electronic signature is an electronic signature that, by using your identifier that matches your login, password, code, or another identifier (electronic signature key), confirms the fact that the electronic signature was generated directly by you.

Electronic documents signed with a simple electronic signature are recognized as equivalent documents on paper, signed with a handwritten signature.

The organization determines the person to whom a simple electronic signature corresponds to by the identifier used depending on the type of service provided by the Organization and the applied access and data transfer channels (website, web resource, mobile application, USSD, SMS, etc.) or specified when authorizing on the Organization's website, on the relevant web resources and in the mobile application.

Any actions you perform using a simple electronic signature are deemed to be committed by you.

A package of electronic documents can be signed with one simple electronic signature, i.e. several electronic documents related. When signing a package of electronic documents with a simple electronic signature, each of the documents included in this package is considered to be signed with a simple electronic signature.

Signing an electronic document with a simple electronic signature confirms your consent to provide, process, use, transfer to third parties, cross-border data transmission under the conditions specified in this Policy.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the electronic signature key. In particular, you do not have the right to transfer your identifier or provide access to it to third parties, and are solely responsible for its safety and personal use, independently choosing the method of storage and restricting access to it.

In case of unauthorized access to the identifier, its loss or disclosure to third parties, you must immediately inform the Organization in writing.

Policy change

The organization reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. A new version of the Policy becomes effective from the moment it is posted on the Organization’s website or mobile application unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
