This Privacy Policy explains how Tayyba Sohail (“Tayyba Sohail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Apps” or “Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies to our current and future Apps and Services, including Apps that may be distributed through the Apple App Store and may include AI, productivity, utility, entertainment, education-style, family-friendly, or other features.
By using our Apps or Services, you acknowledge that you have been provided with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our privacy practices, please do not use the relevant App or Service.
This Privacy Policy covers information we may collect through:
iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and other App Store-distributed Apps
Related websites, landing pages, and support pages
Accounts and sign-in features
In-app purchases and subscriptions
Customer support and communications
Other services or features that link to this Privacy Policy
Because our Apps may have different features, each App may collect and process different types of information.
The applicable App Store privacy information, in-app disclosures, permission prompts, and any App-specific privacy notice may provide additional details about a particular App’s data practices.
Where an App-specific privacy notice applies, it supplements this Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and an App-specific privacy notice, the App-specific notice will control for that App to the extent of the conflict.
An App Store age rating, such as 4+, 9+, 12+, or 17+, describes the maturity or content of an App. An age rating does not by itself mean that:
the App is directed exclusively to children;
the App is included in Apple’s Kids Category; or
we intentionally market the App to children under 13.
Some Apps may receive a 4+ rating because they do not contain objectionable content even when their intended audience is teens, adults, or a general audience.
Depending on the product, we may publish:
General-audience or family-friendly Apps, including Apps with a 4+ age rating;
Child-directed or Kids Apps, where an App is specifically designed for children, marketed to children, or distributed in the Kids Category; and
Teen or adult Apps, where features or content require a higher age rating.
Privacy practices may vary depending on the App, its features, its intended audience, and applicable law.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and allow a minor to use an App:
please supervise the minor’s use of the App and device;
review the App’s permissions, purchases, privacy settings, and available parental controls;
use Apple Family Sharing, Ask to Buy, Screen Time, and other parental controls where appropriate; and
contact us at itayybasohail@gmail.com for child-related privacy requests.
Apple Family Sharing, Ask to Buy, and device-level parental controls are provided and managed by Apple and may be subject to Apple’s own terms and policies.
The information we collect depends on the App, features you use, your choices, and applicable law.
Depending on the App, we may collect information that you provide directly, including:
name, email address, username, or account identifiers;
profile information;
prompts, messages, conversations, and other text;
images, photographs, videos, audio recordings, documents, and other files you submit;
preferences, settings, and other configuration information;
feedback, support requests, and communications with us; and
information necessary to provide requested features.
Where purchases are made through Apple, payment is generally processed by Apple. We typically do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Depending on the App and your settings, we may automatically collect or receive:
device type and model;
operating system and version;
app version;
language and regional settings;
time zone;
IP address;
network and connection information;
device, installation, or app-related identifiers;
analytics or advertising identifiers where permitted and used;
app usage information, such as features used, session information, and interaction events;
crash reports, diagnostics, and performance information; and
approximate location inferred from IP address where applicable.
We do not intentionally collect precise location information unless a particular App clearly requires that functionality, obtains the appropriate permission, and explains the relevant use.
Depending on the App, we may receive information from third parties such as:
Apple, including App Store purchase or subscription status;
Sign in with Apple or other authentication providers;
analytics and crash-reporting providers;
cloud hosting and infrastructure providers;
AI or machine-learning providers;
attribution or measurement partners; and
other service providers necessary to operate the Services.
The specific third parties used by an App may vary.
Some Apps may request access to device features or information such as:
Camera
Photos
Microphone
Contacts
Calendar
Files or document storage
Notifications
Tracking or advertising identifiers
Other device capabilities required for a feature
We request permissions only as needed for the relevant feature, and where required, we request your permission before accessing protected information.
You can usually review or revoke permissions through your device settings.
We may use information to:
provide, operate, maintain, and support the Apps and Services;
create, authenticate, and manage accounts;
provide features you request;
process subscriptions, purchases, trials, and restore-purchase functionality;
generate AI or other requested outputs;
save preferences, settings, conversations, projects, or other information necessary for requested functionality;
provide customer support;
communicate important service, security, or account notices;
detect and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents;
monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and improve performance and reliability;
analyze usage and understand how our Apps are used;
improve products and features where permitted by applicable law;
comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and
send marketing communications where permitted by applicable law and where any required consent has been obtained.
We do not sell personal information for money.
We do not knowingly use or disclose children’s personal information for behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking in violation of applicable law or Apple requirements.
Unless an App expressly states that it is child-directed, our general-audience Apps are not primarily directed to children under 13, or the applicable minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction.
However, a general-audience App may be used by people of different ages.
If we learn that a child under 13, or another applicable age established by local law, is using an App in circumstances where children's privacy laws require parental consent for the collection of personal information, we will take appropriate steps to comply with those requirements.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
obtaining verifiable parental consent where required;
limiting collection or use of personal information;
restricting certain features;
refusing or limiting account creation;
deleting personal information that was collected without required consent; or
taking other actions required by applicable law.
Parents or legal guardians may contact us at itayybasohail@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restrictions on the processing of information relating to their child, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification requirements.
If we publish an App that is directed to children, marketed to children, or included in Apple’s Kids Category, we will apply privacy and safety practices appropriate to the intended audience and applicable children's privacy laws.
Depending on the App and applicable requirements, this may include:
collecting only information reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality;
avoiding behavioral advertising and cross-app tracking for children where prohibited or restricted;
not conditioning participation on disclosure of more personal information than reasonably necessary;
obtaining verifiable parental consent where required, unless a lawful exception applies;
providing appropriate methods for parents to review, delete, or restrict further collection or use of their child’s information; and
using third-party services and SDKs in accordance with applicable children's privacy and platform requirements.
A parental or age gate used in an App does not necessarily constitute legally required parental consent for data processing.
For Apps used by children, parents and guardians should supervise use of features such as chat, AI, camera, microphone, content uploads, and sharing.
We may restrict, suspend, or remove access or content when reasonably necessary to protect children, comply with law, or protect the security and integrity of the Services.
To report a child-safety or child-privacy concern, email itayybasohail@gmail.com with the subject:
Child Safety Report
or
Child Privacy Request
Where applicable law establishes a higher age for digital consent, we will apply the legally required age for the relevant jurisdiction and processing activity.
Some Apps may include artificial intelligence or machine-learning features.
Depending on the feature, AI processing may involve third-party AI or infrastructure providers.
When you use an AI feature, information necessary to provide the requested functionality may be processed, which may include:
prompts and messages;
conversation context;
text;
images;
audio;
video;
documents and other files; and
other information you choose to provide to the feature.
Where required by law or Apple policy, we will obtain the required permission before sharing personal information with third-party AI providers.
AI inputs may be transmitted to third-party providers that supply AI models, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or related services.
The providers used may vary by App and feature.
Those providers may process information according to their applicable service agreements, configurations, and privacy practices.
Where appropriate, the relevant providers or categories of providers may be disclosed through an App-specific privacy notice or other in-app disclosures.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, offensive, or inappropriate.
AI output may also be similar or identical to output generated for other users.
We do not guarantee that AI output will be:
accurate;
complete;
current;
unique;
non-infringing;
reliable;
suitable for a particular purpose; or
free from harmful or objectionable material.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results and determining whether and how they should be used.
AI features are not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, tax, mental-health, engineering, or other professional advice.
Unless a particular App expressly supports the handling of such information, you should not submit passwords, payment credentials, highly sensitive personal information, confidential business information, medical information, or other sensitive information to AI features.
Whether information submitted to a third-party AI service may be retained or used for model training depends on the specific provider, product, service configuration, and applicable terms.
Where relevant, the applicable provider or App-specific privacy disclosure will provide additional information.
Where required by applicable law, including privacy laws in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions, we may rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
Contract: processing necessary to provide a requested App or Service;
Consent: where we ask for consent, including certain permissions, marketing activities, tracking, or children's privacy requirements;
Legitimate interests: such as security, fraud prevention, service reliability, and product improvement, where permitted and appropriately balanced against individual rights;
Legal obligation: processing necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process; and
Other lawful bases: where recognized by applicable law.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent where permitted by law. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
We may disclose information to third parties in the following circumstances.
We may use third-party service providers for functions such as:
cloud hosting and storage;
authentication;
analytics;
crash reporting;
customer support;
communications;
AI and machine-learning processing;
security and fraud prevention;
infrastructure;
attribution and measurement; and
payment and transaction processing.
These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.
We require service providers that process personal information on our behalf to protect that information in a manner consistent with applicable law and the protections described in this Privacy Policy, and to use the information only for authorized purposes.
Apple may process information relating to:
App Store purchases;
subscriptions;
Family Sharing;
Ask to Buy;
App Store account activity; and
certain authentication or identity features.
These activities are governed by Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies.
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:
comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request;
protect the rights, safety, security, or property of users, children, us, or others;
detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
investigate violations of our Terms or policies; or
respond to emergencies where disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect against serious harm.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements and appropriate protections.
We may share information when you explicitly choose to do so, such as when you publish or share content, connect an external service, or use an integration that requires the transfer.
We do not sell children's personal information.
Depending on the App, we may use analytics, attribution, measurement, advertising, or related technologies.
Some Apps may use analytics or crash-reporting technologies to understand usage, diagnose technical problems, improve reliability, and improve features.
Where an App uses tracking or personalized advertising that requires permission under Apple's rules or applicable law, we will request the required permission.
On Apple platforms, you may be presented with Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission where required.
You may also control certain tracking and advertising settings through your device or Apple account settings.
Apps directed to children or included in the Kids Category will follow applicable restrictions relating to behavioral advertising, cross-app tracking, analytics, and third-party data collection.
Advertising and analytics practices may differ between Apps. The applicable App Store privacy information and in-app disclosures should be consulted for the particular App you use.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Retention periods may vary depending on:
the type and sensitivity of information;
whether your account remains active;
the feature or Service involved;
security and fraud-prevention requirements;
accounting and transaction requirements;
legal or regulatory obligations;
dispute resolution; and
legitimate business needs.
For example:
account information may be retained while an account remains active;
content may be retained while needed to provide a requested feature or maintain user-requested history;
transaction and subscription records may be retained for accounting, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes; and
security logs may be retained for periods reasonably necessary to detect and prevent abuse or security incidents.
When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
For children's information, we apply additional protections and delete information where required by applicable law or verified parental request.
For Apps that support account creation, users may initiate deletion of their account through the account-management or deletion functionality provided within the App, where required by Apple or applicable law.
Account deletion is intended to remove the account and associated personal information that we are not legally required to retain.
Some information may need to be retained for limited periods for reasons such as:
legal compliance;
fraud and abuse prevention;
security;
accounting;
dispute resolution; or
other lawful purposes.
Where deletion requires additional processing time, we may inform you of the expected completion process.
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. Subscription billing and cancellation are handled through Apple and must be managed separately.
Where an account was created using Sign in with Apple, we will take appropriate steps to revoke associated authentication tokens as required by Apple's requirements.
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to you, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
access personal information we hold about you;
request correction of inaccurate information;
request deletion;
request restriction of certain processing;
object to certain processing;
request portability of certain information;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
exercise other rights provided by applicable law.

We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before completing a request.
For requests concerning a child, we may also request reasonable evidence of parental or legal-guardian authority.
We will respond to valid requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional privacy rights.
These may include rights to:
know or access categories of personal information collected;
request deletion;
request correction;
obtain information about disclosures;
opt out of certain forms of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing where applicable; and
avoid unlawful discrimination for exercising applicable privacy rights.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Where an App engages in activities that legally constitute the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable state privacy laws, we will provide the required disclosures and opt-out mechanisms.
We do not knowingly sell or share children's personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These safeguards may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, secure infrastructure, and monitoring for security incidents.
However, no method of transmission, storage, or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining reasonable security of your devices, accounts, passwords, and authentication information.
For children's use, parents and guardians should also use available device-level protections such as passcodes, biometrics, Screen Time, and Family Sharing.
Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which you live, including countries where our service providers or technology partners operate.
Where required by applicable law, we use legally recognized safeguards for international data transfers, such as adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed internationally, subject to applicable legal protections.
Our Apps or Services may integrate with or link to third-party products, websites, APIs, SDKs, or services.
Examples may include:
Apple and App Store services;
AI and machine-learning providers;
cloud hosting providers;
analytics and crash-reporting services;
authentication providers;
advertising or attribution providers; and
other infrastructure or service providers.
Third-party services may have their own privacy policies and terms.
We are not responsible for privacy practices that are outside our reasonable control and are governed exclusively by a third party's own policies.
Where a third party processes information on our behalf, we require appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law and this Privacy Policy.
Some Apps may send:
service-related notifications;
security or account notifications;
reminders;
feature updates;
support communications; or
marketing communications where permitted.
You may disable push notifications through your device settings.
Marketing emails, where sent, may include an unsubscribe mechanism where required by law.
We do not knowingly send behavioral marketing communications to children in violation of applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Apps, Services, technology, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes to our privacy practices.
You should review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed about our current practices.
