Privacy Policy — Tayya PDF

Applies to: Tayya PDF (com.tayya.samt), all versions.

Tayya PDF does not collect, store on any server, or share any personal data.

Every document you open, annotate, sign, convert or scan is processed entirely on your device. Your files are never uploaded — the app has no servers and contains no code that sends your documents anywhere. The internet is used for one purpose only: completing an in-app purchase through Google Play.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

None. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, location, usage analytics or crash reports. There are no advertising SDKs and no third-party trackers in this app.

WHAT THE APP KEEPS ON YOUR DEVICE

The following is stored only in the app's private storage on your phone, and is deleted when you uninstall the app:

• Your highlights, underlines, pen strokes and text you type on pages

• Your saved signatures: the signature you draw and the name you give it

• Bookmarks, favourites, collections, your last reading position and names you give books inside the app

• A copy of each document you open from another app (for example WhatsApp or email), so it can be opened again from Recent

Passwords of protected PDFs (such as bank statements) are never saved. They are kept only in memory while the app is running, and you are asked again the next time you open the app.

• Your settings, such as reading mode, colours and the books folder you chose

Temporary copies of a document may be created in the app's private cache so it can be shared, printed or converted. They never leave your device unless you choose to share them.

SIGNATURES

Signatures you draw stay on your device. A signature appears inside a document only when you place it on a page and then share, save a copy of, or print that document. Removing a signature from your saved list does not change documents you have already sent.

A drawn signature in Tayya PDF is an image of your handwriting. It is not a certificate-based digital signature and does not prove who signed a document.

PERMISSIONS

By default the app asks for no permissions. The Google Play Billing library it uses adds Billing, Internet and Network state, needed only to complete a purchase through Google Play.

Optional — All files access: only if you choose "All PDFs on this phone" in Settings, Android asks you to allow "All files access" for the app (on Android 10 and earlier, the storage permission). The app uses it only to list your PDF files and to open, rename, copy or delete the ones you choose. Your files stay on your device and are never uploaded. You can turn this off at any time in Android settings, and the app keeps working with a folder you choose.

There is no location, contacts, camera or microphone permission. Otherwise you choose files through Android's own file picker, and scanning uses your phone's camera app — both under your control each time.

PURCHASES

Unlocking Tayya Pro is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details. Google processes the payment and tells the app only whether the unlock is active. Refunds and payment questions are handled through your Google Play account.

SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

We never share data, because we never collect any. When you tap Share, Email or Print, Android hands the file you chose to the app you select, and that app's own privacy policy then applies.

BACKUP

If Android backup is turned on for your phone, your settings, bookmarks, annotations and saved signatures may be included in your personal Google account backup, so they can return on a new phone. This backup is managed by Google, not by us. Your PDF files and your purchase status are never included — Google Play restores purchases from your account.

CHILDREN

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this same address with a new date.

تطبيق Tayya PDF لا يجمع أي بيانات شخصية، ولا يخزّنها على أي خادم، ولا يشاركها.

كل مستند تفتحه أو تعلّق عليه أو توقّعه أو تحوّله أو تمسحه تتم معالجته بالكامل داخل جهازك. ملفاتك لا تُرفع أبدًا — ليس للتطبيق خوادم، ولا يحتوي أي كود يرسل مستنداتك إلى أي جهة. ويُستخدم الإنترنت لغرض واحد فقط: إتمام عملية الشراء عبر Google Play.

البيانات التي نجمعها

لا شيء. لا نجمع الأسماء ولا البريد الإلكتروني ولا أرقام الهواتف ولا معرّفات الأجهزة ولا الموقع ولا إحصاءات الاستخدام ولا تقارير الأعطال. ولا يحتوي التطبيق على أي أدوات إعلانات أو تتبّع.

ما يحفظه التطبيق على جهازك

ما يلي يُحفظ فقط في مساحة التطبيق الخاصة على جوالك، ويُحذف عند حذف التطبيق:

• التظليل والتسطير وخطوط القلم والنصوص التي تكتبها على الصفحات

• توقيعاتك المحفوظة: التوقيع الذي ترسمه والاسم الذي تعطيه له

• الإشارات المرجعية والمفضلة والمجموعات وآخر موضع قراءة، والأسماء التي تعطيها للكتب داخل التطبيق

• نسخة من كل مستند تفتحه من تطبيق آخر (مثل واتساب أو البريد)، ليُفتح مجددًا من «الحديثة»

كلمات سرّ ملفات PDF المحمية (مثل كشوف البنك) لا تُحفظ أبدًا. تبقى في الذاكرة فقط ما دام التطبيق يعمل، ويُطلب منك إدخالها مجددًا عند فتح التطبيق في المرة التالية.

• إعداداتك، مثل وضع القراءة والألوان ومجلد الكتب الذي اخترته

قد تُنشأ نسخ مؤقتة من المستند داخل ذاكرة التطبيق الخاصة لتمكين المشاركة أو الطباعة أو التحويل، ولا تغادر جهازك إلا إذا اخترت أنت مشاركتها.

التوقيعات

التوقيعات التي ترسمها تبقى على جهازك. ولا يظهر التوقيع داخل مستند إلا حين تضعه على صفحة ثم تشارك ذلك المستند أو تحفظ نسخة منه أو تطبعه. وحذف التوقيع من قائمتك المحفوظة لا يغيّر المستندات التي أرسلتها سابقًا.

التوقيع المرسوم في Tayya PDF صورة لخط يدك، وليس توقيعًا رقميًا معتمدًا بشهادة، ولا يثبت هوية من وقّع المستند.

الأذونات

لا يطلب التطبيق أي إذن في وضعه الافتراضي. ومكتبة الفوترة من Google Play تضيف أذونات الفوترة والإنترنت وحالة الشبكة، وهي لازمة لإتمام عملية الشراء لا غير.

اختياري — الوصول إلى كل الملفات: فقط إن اخترت «كل ملفات PDF في الجوال» من الإعدادات، يطلب أندرويد أن تسمح للتطبيق بـ«الوصول إلى كل الملفات» (وفي أندرويد 10 وما قبله: إذن التخزين). ويستخدمه التطبيق لعرض ملفات PDF لديك فقط، ولفتح ما تختاره منها أو إعادة تسميته أو نسخه أو حذفه. ملفاتك تبقى في جهازك ولا تُرفع أبدًا. ويمكنك إيقاف هذا الإذن متى شئت من إعدادات أندرويد، ويبقى التطبيق يعمل مع مجلد تختاره.

لا يوجد أي إذن للموقع أو جهات الاتصال أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون. وفي غير ذلك تختار الملفات عبر منتقي الملفات في النظام، والمسح الضوئي يتم عبر تطبيق الكاميرا في جوالك — وكلاهما بموافقتك في كل مرة.

عمليات الشراء

فتح النسخة الاحترافية تديره خدمة الفوترة في Google Play بالكامل. نحن لا نرى بيانات الدفع ولا نخزّنها إطلاقًا. تعالج Google الدفع وتُخبر التطبيق فقط بما إذا كان الفتح مفعّلًا. أما الاسترجاع واستفسارات الدفع فتُدار من حساب Google Play الخاص بك.

المشاركة مع أطراف أخرى

لا نشارك أي بيانات لأننا لا نجمع أي بيانات أصلًا. وعند ضغطك «مشاركة» أو «بريد» أو «طباعة» يسلّم النظام الملف الذي اخترته إلى التطبيق الذي تحدده، وتسري حينها سياسة خصوصية ذلك التطبيق.

النسخ الاحتياطي

إذا كان النسخ الاحتياطي مفعّلًا في جوالك، فقد تُدرج إعداداتك وإشاراتك وتعليقاتك وتوقيعاتك المحفوظة ضمن نسخة حساب Google الخاص بك، لتعود على جوال جديد. هذه النسخة تديرها Google لا نحن. ولا تُدرج فيها ملفات PDF ولا حالة الشراء أبدًا — فالشراء تستعيده Google Play من حسابك.

الأطفال

التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار، ولا يجمع بيانات من أي أحد بمن فيهم من هم دون 13 عامًا.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة، تُنشر النسخة الجديدة على العنوان نفسه بتاريخ جديد.
