1. Check-in and Check-out

Hotel standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM

2. Non - Smoking Rooms

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking inside the room will have a corresponding penalty of Php 5,000.00

3. No pets Allowed

In as much as we would like to accommodate your pets, we do not allow it inside the premises to ensure the health of guests with animal allergies.

4. Prohibition of Drugs

Prohibited drugs / illegal drugs are not allowed inside the premises.

5. Flammable Materials

Flammable, toxic, and corrosive substances are not allowed inside the rooms.

6. Vehicle Policy

We practice first come, first serve basis for our guest with vehicles.

7. No firearms allowed

Firearms are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

8. Right to Access

The hotel reserves the right to access the guest rooms at reasonable hours, and at all times in case of emergency without notice to the guest.

9. Stains, Losses & Damages

Stains in linens, losses, and damages in the rooms are subject to corresponding charges as determined by the hotel

10. Charges

Extra person: Php 350 per person

Early check in: Half day rate

Late check out: Half day rate
