Welcome to the official website! Taylor C. Duncan is an aspiring motivational speaker, award winning non-profit leader, and inclusion ambassador from Dallas, Georgia who was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the age of 4. Due to his diagnosis, he was denied opportunities to play traditional sports as a child and teenager due largely in part to society's perception of what can and cannot be accomplished. Duncan never took "no" for an answer, continuously seeking instruction from some of the best players in baseball and slowpitch softball across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. In 2016, he realized his calling was to start Alternative Baseball: an authentic baseball experience for teens and adults with autism and other special needs just like him across America, to encourage and instill physical and social skills growth for on and off the baseball diamond.

Duncan and the revolutionary Alternative Baseball is taking the country by storm and has been featured multiple times on national media including ESPN Baseball Tonight, SEC RADIO on SiriusXM, Weekday TODAY on NBC, HLN's MichaeLA, among FOX/ABC/NBC/CBS affiliate stations, radio, and newspapers in 10+ metropolitan media markets (including 3 (Washington D.C., New York, and Atlanta) in the top 10 markets). He also spoke a TedX Talk at the 2019 TedXAtlanta conference with a high emphasis on providing new athletic and employment opportunities in the outside world for those with disabilities.
