Q: I would like concrete done, but I am not sure what to do. Can you help me plan?
A: Absolutely! Our experienced project manager will be happy to help you decide the best option for your project.
Q: Do I have to pay the full amount up front?
A: No. We ask for 50% down, but no money is collected until the day we show up to start your project. The balance is always due upon completion.
Q: What payment options do you have?
A: We accept Check, Cash, and Cashier's Checks. We will be adding credit card acceptance in the future
Q: How long will the job take?
A: It varies from project to project. Our estimator can give you a rough estimate on the time frame. A lot of factors can affect the timing, including weather and if any additional issues arise. (ex: concrete has to be busted out and it's thicker than expected, etc.)
Q: Do I need to be home while work is being completed?
A: Not usually...we will need to meet the day of the project, but in most cases, the work can be completed if you are there or not. Many of our clients have summer homes and only come up on the weekends. We keep you informed of the progress via email or text.
Q: Do you offer colored concrete and/or decorative stamp work?
A: Yes! Call the office and we will get our estimator scheduled to come out.
Q: Can you give me an estimate over the phone?
A: Not usually...this is because our estimator needs a clear picture of the project. Many factors can increase/decrease the total cost. Such as, if your project is hard to access, a pump truck or additional equipment may be needed.
