Account Hub

When you are a new user to taxslayer pro, whenever you purchase the software for the first time you are e-mailed an Activation Code to set up your Account Hub on the TaxSlayer Pro website. You will create a unique username and password to be used to log in to your Account Hub in the future. To access your Account Hub click here.

You will log into your Account Hub to:

• Update your Company Information

• Complete banking enrollment

• Access your TaxSlayer Pro Web account

• Download all support years of your Desktop program

• Customize the branding for your Taxes to Go app

• Access your Web Reports and the web-based Client Status.

In the event you have forgotten your username and/or password to log in to your TaxSlayer Pro Account Hub, you can retrieve either following the steps below.

To retrieve your Account Hub username:

• Search for www.taxslayerpro.com on your device web browser.

• Tap on the Login button at the top right hand side of the screen.

• Click Forgot Username and enter the email address that you used when you created your Account Hub.

• Check your email for an email from TaxStatusNow.com. The email will contain the username that you created for your Account Hub.

To create a new password for your Account Hub:

NOTE: You cannot retrieve a forgotten password for your TaxSlayer Pro Account Hub. You will need to create a new password.

• Search for www.taxslayerpro.com on your device web browser.

• Tap on theLogin button at the top right hand side of the screen.

• Click Forgot Password, then enter your Username and click Submit.

• You will then be prompted to verify your account. Select to receive the verification code via Email or Text Message.

• Click Send Code. A verification code will be sent to you via the method you chose.

• Enter the Verification Code and click the Verify button.

• Create a New Password by following the password guidelines provided and click Submit.

• After successfully changing your password, you will be redirected back to the Account Hub login page. You can now log in to your Account Hub with the new password.
