Taxi Sales Management App
Last Updated: October 26, 2026
Kanta Hori (the "Operator"), the operator of the Taxi Sales Management App (the "App"), respects users' privacy and establishes this Privacy Policy to explain how information is handled in connection with the App.
This Privacy Policy applies to the App's free features, the Taxi Pro subscription, AI-powered analytics, advertising features, and related support services.
The App processes information entered or configured by users, including:
Daily sales amounts and dates
Monthly sales targets
Planned working days
Sales closing dates
Commission-rate and calculation settings
Language, background color, and display preferences
Sales records and settings migrated from earlier versions
This information is generally stored locally on the user's device.
The App does not operate its own cloud server for storing sales records and does not require users to create an account to manage their sales.
Taxi Pro uses locally stored sales records and settings to provide features such as:
Sales forecasts through the selected closing date
Sales trends by weekday and recorded shift
Suggested sales goals
Estimated target achievement probabilities and forecast ranges
Monthly analytics reports
AI advice based on recorded sales performance
These features are powered by statistical models and rule-based processing that run on the user's device.
The current implementation does not use an external generative AI API. Individual sales amounts, sales targets, and shift records are not sent to an external AI service for analysis.
Analysis results are generally generated and displayed locally.
The App uses Apple's in-app purchase system and services provided by RevenueCat, Inc. to manage subscriptions and verify purchase status.
RevenueCat may collect and process information including:
An anonymous App User ID generated by RevenueCat
Subscription product identifiers
Purchase, renewal, expiration, cancellation, and refund status
Apple purchase receipts and related transaction information
Device type, operating system, app version, and other technical information
IP addresses, connection timestamps, SDK usage, and diagnostic information
An anonymous RevenueCat identifier may be generated when the SDK is initialized, even if a user has not purchased a subscription.
The Operator does not directly collect or store users' credit card numbers or other detailed payment credentials through the App. Payments are processed by Apple.
The App does not intentionally transmit users' individual sales amounts or sales targets to RevenueCat.
For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy:
https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/
The App uses Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform (UMP), provided by Google LLC.
Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and consent management, including:
IP addresses and approximate location inferred from network information
Device, app, and advertising identifiers
Device type, operating system, and app environment
Ad impressions, views, clicks, and interactions
SDK diagnostics and error information
Advertising consent and privacy preference information
The information processed and the purposes for which it is used may vary depending on the user's region, device settings, consent choices, and Google's services.
The Operator does not intentionally transmit individual sales amounts or sales targets entered in the App to Google AdMob for advertising purposes.
Advertisements may continue to appear according to the App's design. A Taxi Pro subscription does not automatically include an ad-free experience.

Migrating records from previous App versions.
Verifying subscriptions, restoring purchases, and managing premium access.
Providing advertising, measurement, consent management, and fraud prevention.
Providing technical support, addressing errors, and improving service quality.
Complying with applicable laws and legal obligations.
The following third parties may process information in connection with the App:
Apple Inc.
App distribution, in-app purchases, purchase history, subscription management, and refund processing.
RevenueCat, Inc.
Anonymous user identifiers, subscription transactions, entitlement status, and related technical information.
Google LLC and Advertising Partners
Information necessary for advertising, advertising measurement, consent management, and fraud prevention.
These providers process information under their respective privacy policies and applicable laws.
The Operator does not sell users' entered sales records to third parties.
Depending on the user's region and applicable laws, the App may display an advertising consent form.
Where available, users may review or modify advertising privacy preferences in the App's Settings screen.
Applicable privacy choices may also be managed through iOS device settings.
Sales records and settings are generally stored locally on the user's device.
Uninstalling the App will normally delete locally stored records. Information included in Apple backups or transferred between devices may be subject to Apple's backup and restoration mechanisms.
The Operator does not automatically back up users' sales records to a proprietary cloud server.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete locally stored sales records. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Data retention and deletion practices for information held by Apple, RevenueCat, or Google are governed by those providers' policies and applicable laws.
Users should maintain their own copies of important sales records before uninstalling the App or changing devices.
The Operator takes reasonable steps to protect information handled in connection with the App.
However, no system can guarantee prevention of all data loss caused by device failure, loss, removal of the App, or other circumstances.
Information processed by third-party services such as Apple, RevenueCat, and Google may be stored or processed outside Japan.
Subject to applicable laws, users may request access, correction, deletion, or other appropriate actions concerning personal information handled by the Operator.
Locally stored sales records are generally controlled by users on their own devices.
Users wishing to inquire about or request deletion of information related to RevenueCat or other external services may contact the Operator using the details below. Verification of identity or information necessary to identify the relevant records may be required.
For advertising-related information, users may also consult Google and their device privacy settings.
The Operator may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in App features, third-party services, or applicable laws.
Material changes will be communicated through the App, the publicly available policy page, or another appropriate method.
