By downloading or using TaxFlow, you agree to these terms.
LICENSE
TaxFlow grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the
app on Apple devices you own, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
TAX DISCLAIMER
TaxFlow provides estimates based on published IRS and HMRC tax rates.
It is not a substitute for professional tax advice. We are not
responsible for any penalties, errors, or decisions made based on
calculations provided by the app. Always consult a qualified tax
professional for your specific situation.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
TaxFlow Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing
subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before
the renewal date. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID
account settings.
NO WARRANTY
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Tax laws
change frequently — we aim to keep rates current but cannot guarantee
accuracy at all times.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxFlow shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
use of the app.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which
you reside.
