About the Founders:

Md. Khairul Islam is a Co-Founder of TaxCraft Accounting & Advisory, bringing over 8 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, auditing, and tax advisory. He has extensive expertise in corporate reporting, financial statements, tax compliance, and advisory services for a wide range of organizations, including manufacturing companies, banks, NGOs, and service firms.

Before founding TaxCraft, Khairul worked as Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts) at Comfit Composite Knit Ltd., a part of Youth Group, managing corporate reporting, export-import reconciliations, tax filings, and financial operations. He also served as Manager (Audit & Assurance) at Rahman Mostafa Alam & Co. Chartered Accountants, gaining deep exposure to auditing, IFRS compliance, and client advisory services.

Mr. Khairul is a partly qualified Chartered Accountant (Professional Level) and Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) of NBR, has completed 3 years of articled training under the supervision of FCA partners, equipping him with strong technical knowledge in taxation, audit, and accounting systems. He is proficient in MS Excel, Logic Accounting Software, and has practical experience in implementing accounting and financial systems.

He has a proven track record in providing professional consultancy to banks, manufacturing companies, NGOs, and service organizations, helping clients navigate regulatory compliance, optimize financial operations, and make informed business decisions.

Before founding TaxCraft, Al-Amin served as Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts) at Comfit Composite Knit Ltd., Youth Group, where he managed corporate reporting, VAT and tax compliance, export-import reconciliation, bank operations, and treasury management. Previously, he worked at Meridian Finance & Investment Ltd. and G. Kibria & Co. Chartered Accountants, gaining hands-on experience in audit, assurance, financial statements preparation, corporate governance, and company secretarial tasks.

Mr. Al-Amin is a partly qualified Chartered Accountant (Professional Level) and Income Tax Practitioner (ITP), with professional training in internal control, VAT, corporate finance. He is proficient in MS Office, accounting software, and financial reporting tools, ensuring clients receive precise, timely, and actionable advisory services.
