Hi, I am a research fellow at Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center, Johns Hopkins Hospital, USA, and pursuing my PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. My research focuses on developing rapid and scalable, weakly supervised deep learning methods for analyzing histopathological whole slide images. I have a few years of experience in medical imaging with AI and also worked as a research assistant in the machine learning group at Qatar University for approximately 2.5 years. I obtained my M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Dhaka (Bangladesh) and my B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Chittagong (Bangladesh). My research interests include medical image analysis, signal processing, medical image segmentation, generative AI, and big data analysis. I have authored and co-authored over 30 research journal articles and contributed to several book chapters focusing on AI applications in medical imaging and clinical biomarker data analysis. My publications have received 6000+ citations, according to Google Scholar. In recognition of my work, I was listed as a top 2% scientist in the world in 2022-2023 (published by Stanford University). I also received the 'ICT fellowship 2019-2020' from the Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) ministry of Bangladesh. I have also achieved multiple awards in Kaggle Challenge competitions within the Kaggle community.
