Taxi Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made in advance through our official contact numbers or booking channels.
  
  

• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving an advance payment (if applicable).
  
  

• Customers must provide accurate travel details at the time of booking.
  
  

2. Payment

• The rental charges are calculated on the basis of kilometers traveled or daily package rates, whichever is applicable.
  
  

• Toll, parking fees, interstate permits, and entry charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer.
  
  

• Balance payment must be cleared at the end of the trip, unless agreed otherwise.
  
  

3. Vehicle Usage

• The vehicle is to be used only for the agreed itinerary. Any extension or change of route must be informed in advance and may attract extra charges.
  
  

• Customers are not allowed to use the taxi for illegal activities or purposes.
  
  

• Smoking, drinking, or carrying hazardous materials inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
  
  

4. Driver & Safety

• Our drivers are experienced and authorized to drive in the service area.
  
  

• The driver’s decision will be final in matters concerning road safety and vehicle movement, especially in hilly or restricted areas.
  
  

• Customers must wear seatbelts and follow all safety instructions.
  
  

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a refund of the advance (if any).
  
  

• Last-minute cancellations or “no-show” may result in forfeiture of the advance.
  
  

6. Liability

• The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
  
  

• Personal belongings of passengers are their sole responsibility.
  
  

• While we ensure well-maintained vehicles, mechanical breakdowns or unavoidable incidents may occur, and alternative arrangements will be made where possible.
  
  

7. Jurisdiction

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where the company is registered.
