I found this shop through Google and chose it because of the already fabulous reviews. I contacted the shop at the number provided through WhatsApp and the manager responded immediately and within half an hour I was booked for a tattoo at the end of my holiday.

Close to the appointment I sent inspo photos and when I arrived at the shop the artist Krimatt had the most PERFECT drawing ready in two sizes with everything I was looking for. As we progressed I wanted to add a couple more things and he was so gracious and understood immediately what I wanted and executed it all perfectly. The manager stayed nearby to make sure he could translate when needed which was also reassuring.

I had also never had a more comfortable tattoo experience. Krimatt's attention to detail and light but accurate hand resulted in the least painful tattoo experience I had ever had. It's also healing beautifully and never "spit" out the colored ink like a lot of others I have gotten. It was also nice because the tattooing space had a door that closed from the front desk area so you never felt like you were on display like you can at other shops.

I will likely fly to Santiago in the future to get more tattoos from Krimatt / Caos, truly it was the best tattoo experience I have had.

Our artist, Robin Krimatt, took professionalism and art to the next level! He was sooo precise and extremely attentive to detail! He listened to everything we wanted and did a PHENOMENAL job! En vacance au Chili, je voulais immortaliser ce moment avec plusieurs tatouages. CAOS-Tatoo, on été très disponible et à l'écoute, j'ai eu deux rendez-vous pour deux tatouages très rapidement. Prix vraiment très correct. Je remercie Javier qui m'a tatouer, un artiste vraiment talentueux et minutieux.

I reached out to the business on Whatsapp and the owner contacted me back a couple hours later and gave me a call to schedule an appointment and told me the cost. He spoke English and was very professional. I attended the studio and the owner showed me around - the facility was clean and he was very kind and welcoming.
