Payment methods are cash (or via TWINT, if confirmed with the artist beforehand). Cash is preferred, make sure to bring mixed bills, so you can pay the exact amount. Payment with card is NOT possible.
A delay in payment is not tolerated. We don't offer paying in rates, the full price for the session has to be paid.
The appointment is only confirmed after we received the payment, which has to be done within 24hrs. After that, your time slot & design is open again and might be taken by someone else.
Deposits are included in the final price.
In case of a cancellation within 24hrs before the appointment you'll need to pay a new deposit. The same process as above applies.
Deposits for Flash Designs are 50 CHF
Designing-Fee for a Custom are 100 CHF. If you book multiple custom designs, you pay 100CHF for each.
I'll only start drawing Customs after the deposit is payed.

Tattoos are a body modification. This procedure comes with the risk of infection and allergic reactions. Different factors can lead to an infection and have to be treated immediately. The moment you leave the studio it is up to you, the customer, to take the necessary precautions for the tattoo to heal well.
We don't offer any refunds for the Designing-fee.
Deposits are only refundable if you're cancelling the appointment within 72 hours before the appointment.
By booking an appointment and signing the consent form provided at the appointment, you acknowledge and accept the risks that come with tattooing. The artist is not responsible for any allergic reactions, infections or complications that may occur during or after the tattoo process, including those resulting from improper aftercare or pre-existing medical conditions.
Tattooing is a manual, artistic process done by us, human beings, not a machine. Therefore imperfections and mistakes can happen. By signing the consent form, you confirm that you understand and accept this and agree to get tattooed under these conditions.
Once a tattoo session has taken place, the time, labor, and artistic service are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed sessions.
BUT if something of this sort happens and it is clear to us that it is not the result of improper aftercare, we will find a solution on how to continue, which will be handled individually.
Our tattoo ink is always under EU regulation standarts. We do not use any ink that is not intended for tattooing, nor do we use any products that are expired. We are happy to provide individual information about our products.
