I began tatting in March of 2021 right after leaving my full-time job at an elementary school. I now work part-time as a receptionist and assistant manager at a massage salon, but I have lots of down-time to tat, read, doodle, etc.
I love finding new ways to express my creative thoughts and abilities and have enjoyed the challenge of learning a 'dying art' and have adapted patterns and started making a few of my own as well!
I also enjoy doing nail art (manicures and pedicures) using stamping and reverse stamping. I have started making decals as well but it has been a test of my patience. Instagram: @plates_and_polish
My husband Adam and I moved to Texas in July of 2020 so he could begin a PhD program at UT Austin in Physics. We were married in 2018 and have enjoyed traveling, playing games, and learning new things together. I love speaking Spanish and Adam has even picked it up as his third language (Japanese being his 2nd).
Just a quick shout out to my favorite human; Adam has been instrumental in making my creative journey possible. He has been so supportive of me in every way and I wouldn't be able to do the things I do without him.
Thanks for everything, Bear đź’—
