We all want to be healthy, fit, and successful. However, these things are not attainable because we actually don't know how to start. Yes, we are all scattered and scared to let go of the things that we still want to keep like eating junk foods, sleeping late, drinking alcoholic drinks, and even doing drugs.
Still, we want to be healthy. So here are few tips in order for us to get started.
1. Learn to exercise daily.
It might be a tedious task to set up your alarm clock for tomorrow's routine which is to work out. But simple workouts like a jog in place, run around your room, few sit-ups, and curl-ups would definitely do the trick. You don't need to instantly run a marathon.
2. List your calories intake everyday
Again, this might be an added routine to your day one but keeping track of your food would make you be mindful of what you eat. It's not wrong to eat more especially if you are a mom who takes care of the household or someone who got a toddler that is breastfeeding on her but be mindful of what you eat.
3. The most important thing is to stay motivated
What motivates you? Is it the girl you see on Instagram? Or a mom you met at school that looks fit even if she has 3 kids and you only has 1? Whatever your reason is for going on this road to fitness, stay focused.
A lot of things could be a hindrance if you are really working on it but staying focused and motivated all throughout your journey will help you a lot in the future. You would eventually thank yourself and smile as you keep on getting into that healthy lifestyle you once dreaming about.
