Wilted: Revival

Wilted is a solo piano piece in C# minor that swirls around the melancholic keys lamenting of the past misfortunes. The piece is played in adagio allowing for the notes to slowly fade into the chords.

Revival is an instrumental piece that depicts battles and hope. It begins with heavy brass introducing the battle theme. Then it switches to a light wistful music with woodwind and strings. The transition with strings in ostinato and brass layering makes a hopeful rise to the final battle.

Loop

Loop is an ambient piece that focuses on stretching the musical texture

The purpose of "Loop" was to make an atmospheric piece while using only one digital pad. The melody softly embellishes the continuous independent harmonies. While composing and mixing this piece, I experimented with different frequencies and loop combinations to bring out different qualities of timbre.
