 1. Overview

Tathkeer ("تذكير") is an Islamic dhikr and reminder application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app does and does not collect.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

Tathkeer does not collect, transmit, or share any of the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)

• Location data

• Device identifiers or advertising IDs

• Usage analytics or crash reports sent to third parties

• Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data

• Payment information

3. Data Stored Locally On Your Device

All app data is stored only on your device using local storage (AsyncStorage). This includes:

• Your notification preferences and reminder schedule

• Theme settings (light/dark mode)

• Tasbih counter state and session progress

• Azkar session reminder times

• Mute schedules

This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

4. Notifications

Tathkeer schedules local notifications entirely on-device. No notification server, push gateway, or third-party messaging service is used. Reminder content is bundled within the app and is not fetched from any external server.

5. Third-Party Services

Tathkeer does not use any advertising networks, analytics SDKs (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel), or social media tracking. The only third-party framework used is the Expo platform for cross-platform app delivery.

7. Children's Privacy

Tathkeer does not knowingly collect any information from users of any age. The app contains no age-restricted content and is appropriate for all users.

8. Data Security

Since no personal data is transmitted or stored on external servers, there is no risk of a server-side data breach affecting your information.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

١. نظرة عامة

تذكير هو تطبيق للأذكار والتذكير الإسلامي. نحن ملتزمون بحماية خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها التطبيق وما لا يجمعه.

٢. البيانات التي لا نجمعها

لا يجمع تطكير ولا ينقل ولا يشارك أيًّا مما يلي:

• معلومات التعريف الشخصية (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف)

• بيانات الموقع الجغرافي

• معرّفات الجهاز أو معرّفات الإعلانات

• تحليلات الاستخدام أو تقارير الأعطال المُرسَلة إلى أطراف خارجية

• جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون

• معلومات الدفع

٣. البيانات المحفوظة محليًّا على جهازك

تُحفظ جميع بيانات التطبيق على جهازك فقط باستخدام التخزين المحلي. وتشمل:

• تفضيلات الإشعارات وجدول التذكير

• إعدادات المظهر (الوضع الفاتح/الداكن)

• حالة عداد التسبيح وتقدم الجلسة

• أوقات تذكير جلسات الأذكار

• جدول كتم الإشعارات

لا تغادر هذه البيانات جهازك أبدًا. تؤدي إزالة التطبيق إلى حذف جميع البيانات المحفوظة محليًّا.

٤. الإشعارات

يُجدول تذكير إشعارات محلية بالكامل على جهازك. لا يُستخدم أي خادم إشعارات أو بوابة دفع أو خدمة مراسلة خارجية. محتوى التذكير مُدرج داخل التطبيق ولا يُجلَب من أي خادم خارجي.

٥. خدمات الأطراف الخارجية

لا يستخدم تذكير أي شبكات إعلانية أو حِزم تحليلات أو تتبع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. الإطار الخارجي الوحيد المستخدم هو منصة Expo لتوصيل التطبيق.

٧. خصوصية الأطفال

لا يجمع تذكير أي معلومات من المستخدمين من أي فئة عمرية. لا يحتوي التطبيق على محتوى مقيّد بالعمر وهو مناسب لجميع المستخدمين.

٨. أمان البيانات

نظرًا لعدم نقل أي بيانات شخصية أو تخزينها على خوادم خارجية، لا يوجد خطر من اختراق بيانات من جانب الخادم يؤثر على معلوماتك.

٩. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

في حال إجراء تغييرات جوهرية على سياسة الخصوصية هذه، سنحدّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه. يعني الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات قبول السياسة المحدَّثة.
