Deluxe Tune Package - $210 to $260 (string cost + tune cost)
For the Deluxe Tune we use only the finest quality strings made by Stage 1 Strings. Chose any two color combination from the BCY Color Chart, and the strings will be custom built to your specific bow and draw length for optimal performance. The tune will include all of the details listed in the standard Tater Tune below. Turn around time is usually about 2-3 weeks depending on string orders.
I typically tune bows to feel the way that I believe is best, which is where 99% of customers like them as well. But if you would like your bow tuned for a specific feel, don’t be afraid to ask!
Tune - $90-$110
This will consist of recording all vital specs and notes of the bow as it arrives to me. Then the bow will be set to factory specs w/ proper draw weight and draw length. A draw board with digital load cell will be used to properly time and synchronize the cams. Next I will reset the rest and nocking point in their optimal locations and drop away rests will then be timed on the draw board. The bow will be paper tuned to the arrow you send with the bow. If a good paper tune is not achieved with the arrow provided due to spine, a recommendation will be made, based on my findings. Everything will be checked and rechecked periodically on the draw board throughout the process. The final step will be installing speed nocks and tuning for optimal position using the chronograph. Once everything is set, all of the vital specs will be measured again and recorded on a tuning summary sheet with the original specs, and the sheet will be sent back with the bow. This will also include a before/after sheet that gives an apples-to-apples comparison of your bow's IBO speed.

On Target 2 Software Analysis - $40
This will consist of shooting your bow through the chronograph to verify speed, checking poundage with a digital scale, and then entering all the pertinent data about your setup into the computer software. By interpreting the results of the software I will be able to make recommendations on proper arrow spine, arrow length, point weight, FOC, as well as set pin gapping or print out one page of sight tapes. All of these will be customized to your setup. I will also keep your data on file for a year so that if you decide to change your draw weight, draw length, arrow weight, or anything else I can update your data and print your new pin gapping or sight tapes, you just pay $5.00 for the update and shipping.
Complete Bow Service - $85
This will consist of taking the bow down to individual components and cleaning limbs, pockets and rockers. All individual components will be checked for any type of damage. Axles will be polished and lubricated. Limb bolts and rockers will be re-greased and then the bow will be reassembled to the specs at which it started. Will not include any type of tuning.
Build Arrows from scratch - $3/arrow
We take pride in building you a beautiful and consistent arrow. We don't just glue your vanes on and send you on your way. Our standard arrow building process includes:
- Cutting the arrows on a high speed cutoff saw
- Squaring both ends of the shaft with G5 ASD to ensure perfect nock and insert alignment
- Brushing and cleaning the inside of the insert end of the shaft
- Cleaning and priming the fletched end of the shaft
- Installing inserts
- Fletching (typically with AAE Max Hunter vanes)
